Courtesy Post Location: Enola, PA Approx DOB: 2015 Looking for a new best friend? Romeo might be your man! Romeo is very affectionate, has lots of personality, and of course, he’s very photogenic! He enjoys spending hours cuddled up with his foster mom, getting scratches under the chin, and gazing into your eyes when you talk to him. Romeo would probably do best as the only pet, but he might be ok with a cat or dog if they let him be in charge. Romeo is 10, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He also tested positive for feline AIDS (FIV) but has not been sick or shown any symptoms. Romeo is available for private adoption. Personal references, vet reference, and approval from landlord if you’re a renter, will be required. Romeo is a cat who will try to get outside, if possible… so he needs a secure home who is committed to continuing an indoor-only life for him. For additional information or to discuss adoption, please contact Gayle Kohr at 717-574-2664, gckohr@comcast.net, or send a message to Gayle Kohr on FB Messenger.

Story
Paisley is a wonderful young girl looking for a loving and lasting forever home. She was adopted previously but then found as a stray. Her adoptive owner did not care for her or want her back when she was found. While out on her own, we believe that Paisley had a run in with another stray cat with feline AIDS (feline FIV). When Paisley came back into our care, she tested positive for FIV. Paisley is approximately 2 years old with a petite frame. In fact, her rescuer thought she might be a kitten but the vet estimated her age as 2 years old. Paisley is very sweet with a friendly demeanor and is very affectionate and talkative. She likes to “head bump” a lot and rub up against your legs. She enjoys being petted and purrs when she eats. She also kneads frequently when you love on her. Please don’t let Paisley’s FIV status deter you. Cats with FIV can live normal, health lives just like other cats. Paisley is currently doing great now that she is in a caring foster home. She should not be in a home with other non-FIV cats but can be with other cats with FIV. Paisley wants nothing more than to be loved and have a good home. We know the home that Paisley finds will be just as grateful to have her as Paisley will be to live there. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying, www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process. Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Story
Approx DOB: July 2025 Levi is a fabulous little orange guy who was the brave runt of his litter which led to him being the only kitten from that litter to come into foster care. He came in just a few weeks before his buddy Griffon and they are definitely brothers from another mother. Because of this, they must be adopted together. They perfectly complement each other. So much so, they have affectionately earned the names Thing 1 and Thing 2, and Pinky and the Brain by their foster mom. In a home of many other cats and kittens, they are very good at knowing who wants to play and who doesn’t. They are very respectful of the adults and just adore all the other kittens. Levi prefers to ride around on your shoulder to being held but at night he and his BFF will snuggle up together on your chest for a long night’s slumber. He loves springs, lasers and rough housing with his buddies! These two little boys really are the perfect pair and are so looking forward to being able to grow up together. Please note: Cats and kittens are social creatures and greatly benefit from being with other pets; therefore, kittens under the age of 6 months cannot be adopted as single pets. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at https://furryfriendsnetwork.org/adopt-a-furry-friend/core-values/ If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. Story
Gemma and Jack were found as babies and rescued by Furry Friends Network. They are siblings and get along well- they've even started playing with each other!! They love wand toys, plush mice, spring coils, crinkle balls, and of course, the laser light. Jack is a bit more outgoing and playful that Gemma, he will chase anything that moves! Gemma is a bit more reserved, preferring to sit back and watch first. Gemma is a total love bug. She loves to be picked up and held while getting head scratches, and honestly would probably enjoy staying that way all day. Jack does well with being picked up too, however he enjoys being held so that he can survey his surroundings. His absolute favorite is being held up to look out of windows. He is also on his way to becoming an excellent lap cat. These two really are a dynamic duo! They are both super affectionate, lovable, cuddly, and friendly. They would make a purrfect couple to adopt! Given their young age they would need to either be adopted together or adopted into a home with an existing cat for continued socialization. Story
Approx DOB: March 2023 Gale (ID#22150) was born in March 2023 along with his two sisters, Prim and Katniss, who have both since been adopted. Gale is, first and foremost, a people cat – he just wants to be near people, and will meow and meow (and meow) when no one is around him or paying attention to him! He’s just a big attention hog! He would love it if he could be adopted by someone who is often home to give him lots of attention and love. He enjoys playing in laundry baskets (preferably with warm laundry in them), and he loves to snuggle under covers and jump out at unsuspecting people when they walk by. His favorite friend is Jasper, who is like an identical, smaller Mini-Me version of Gale, and he’d love it if they could be adopted together. His favorite toys are the red laser pointer and the donut hide-a-way, and he’ll play for hours with either of these toys. He also likes crinkle balls and his feather wand. His special Houdini skill is getting out of his dapper-looking bowtie collar when no one is watching. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax).
