Story
Looking to re-home: Please only serious inquiries. 6yr old spayed female Breed-Tortoiseshell Name-Daisy. Last shots were Oct 2023. Preferably a home with no pets/children, though she may do well with older calmer cat(s). We have never had dogs, so unaware how she would do with cohabiting. She has a very sweet and calm disposition, and would be a wonderful lap cat to someone. She is not a vocal cat but if she ever is it’s a very quiet tone. Once she’s used to you she loves being loved on. She loves hugs, kisses and being picked up and held. It will take time for adjustment. She is high anxiety til she gets used to people/person/environment. It will take someone that has experience and time to work with her to get her acclimated. She came to my family initially as a stray. So I have no knowledge of her previous situation. It took us several months spending time with her before she became comfortable with us. She was then an indoor/outdoor cat. Currently indoor only.

Story
We are trying to find a forever home for a family member who can no longer care for her. Ms Kitty is smokey gray Russian Blue (we believe) with emerald eyes and very sweet...sweeter as she gets to know you. She will be spayed and have updated vaccinations soon. She needs a calm and caring home. She's around 5 years old and is litter box trained. She is equipped at no charge with litter box, large volume on-demand water dispenser, food bowl, toys and whatever food and litter we have left when her new forever family takes her. We also have a pet carrier for easy transfer. Ms Kitty says, “I want a good home to live in forever “ Thank you

Story
Goose is a talktive, loving cat. We adopted her at 6 momths old in 2009. She has been our only pet since. When we got her, the paperwork stated she was Calico or "Other". She may be a tabby mix. Goose has never had a dental or other health issue. She has always been a fit little ball of love. She is spunky at times and playful. Other times she is a lazy nap cat. She has big eyes and loves to chat. When we adopted her, she came spade and de-clawed in the front. We have two children that have grown up around her and she adores them. So no issue with kids. She loves to cuddle on the couch and really loves her tuna. She grazes on kibble fine and enjoys the occassional soft food snack.

Story
Our beautiful friendly cats are Zelda and Yeti. They love being with each other and are very good friends and that is why they need to stay together. Yeti ( the black cat ) is a very sweet cat who loves her humans. She tends to get attached to her close family and is friendly with other people but a little bit shy sometimes. Yeti loves to lay on your chest at night for cuddles before bedtime. Zelda ( the striped cat ) loves being picked up and patted, she's very friendly and affectionate, and is very snuggly. Both cats love the indoors and the outdoors. They sleep inside at night and have free access to the outdoors during the day. They love to play together. We are sad to have to let them go, for we are moving overseas and we cannot take them with us. Both cats would do well in a home without dogs. I think that they would both and get used to having another cat around, but they haven't had much good experience with dogs since they always get to chased by one.

Story
Wisteria is a gentle little soul with the sweetest balance of curiosity, affection, and independence. She loves everyone she meets and has a calm, loving personality that makes her incredibly easy to adore. While she enjoys playing with her siblings and being part of the fun, Wisteria is also perfectly content taking quiet breaks by herself when she needs a little recharge time. She values her peaceful moments just as much as her social ones, giving her a wonderfully balanced personality. Though she seems to be the tiniest of the group, Wisteria’s loving nature shines brightly. She’s also quite the talkative girl and enjoys sharing her thoughts with adorable little chats throughout the day. With her calm demeanor, affectionate heart, and independent streak, Wisteria would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a sweet, gentle, and loving kitten. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States. Please note: We are unable to adopt to residents of Massachusetts at this time. To apply, complete our official adoption application at yourlocalfurmama.com/adoption-application. Petfinder inquiries are not considered applications. Once your application is received, a member of our Adoptions Team will contact you within 2–3 business days.
