Story
Gravy is an absolute joy to not only our family, but to the entire cul-de-sac! He was an inside cat for five years (along with a chocolate lab), but after he became stressed with a new baby in the house- it was best to have his bed and food in the garage with a kitty door outside where is has loved being social, hunting, and laying in the sun. Unfortunately, now that we have discovered our youngest child has a severe cat allergy, this very friendly and playful boy isn't getting attention he deserves. He recently went to the vet for a well check and he's healthy and up to date on shots. The adoption fee will include the like new carrier and wet food (he prefers wet over dry as he doesn't love drinking water and male cats tend to get bladder crystals if not hydrated!). He does have a congenital respiratory disease (he was adopted from a shelter as a very young kitten) and every now and then either with allergies or stress it can flare up and he will be seen sneezing often.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Estimated Date of Birth: 1/21/23   Meet Cheddar! Cheddar’s story starts at a local grocery store just before an ice storm rolled in — and thankfully, he didn’t have to weather it alone. Rescued just in time, this sweet boy has proven he’s far more interested in warm laps than winter winds. If snuggling were an Olympic sport, Cheddar would bring home the gold medal. He is truly one of the snuggliest cats you’ll ever meet. He loves to curl up close, make biscuits (he’s a professional muffin maker), and soak up all the affection he can get. But don’t let the cuddle champion title fool you — Cheddar also has that irresistible young-cat energy! When he’s not nestled up beside you, he’s zooming through the house, scratching his cat posts like a pro, and hunting down toys to swat and chase. He’s learning the house rules — nighttime is for sleeping — but as soon as the lights come on, it’s go-time! Cheddar would likely thrive with another young feline friend who can match his playful spirit and help burn off some of that zoomie energy. Sweet, affectionate, playful, and full of life — Cheddar is ready to melt into your arms and brighten your home. Adoption fee: $150Cheddar is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and negative for Feline leukemia and FIV. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 24, 2026, 8:33 am

Story
He was found underneath a house when he was 5 weeks old. We’ve had him since then, he’s 2 now. He’s a very sweet boy and very cuddly. He loves laying on a blanket with you. He’s very playful, gets along with our dogs, but is too rough with our other cats who are way older. He just plays too hard with them and they don’t want anything to do with him. This causes him to playfully attack the other cats, which causes the cats to attack our dogs for some reason. One of our cats is 14 and one of our dogs is almost 14, so the chaos that comes from him just trying to play is too much for them. We really don’t want to get rid of him, but feel we don’t have any other options. He’s in desperate need of a home with no other cats or cats who are very playful to keep up with him. All we want is for him to be happy and have a great loving home and feel like he’s not getting that with us because of our senior animals who can’t keep up.
