Story
🐾 Introducing Farrah! 🐾 Farrah is the sweetest little girl!  She’s petite with a soft, short , spotted tabby, coat, and she absolutely loves to play and soak up attention.  Farrah would be perfectly happy as an only cat, but she also gets along well with other cats and cat-friendly dogs. Farrah was recently diagnosed with food sensitivities after a long journey of trial and error.  Because of this, she will need to remain on a special cat food long-term—possibly for life.  This actually makes her a great match for a home that already has a cat on a similar diet.  Most importantly, she is 100% worth it—her personality is truly the best. 💕 Farrah is fully vetted (spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and combo tested) and ready for her forever home. 📧 For questions about Farrah, please email scratchcats@gmail.com. Meet-and-greets can be scheduled with an approved adoption application, which can be completed online: https://www.scratchinc.org/adoption

Story
Callie is an 11 year old tabby. She’s a chunky girl that loves to snuggle and nurse on blankets. She currently stays in the basement due to peeing on furniture. She lives with other cats and dogs. Gets along with them. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle. VERY SOCIAL! Likes to bring ‘gifts’ to people. She is currently and indoor-only cat but has previously been an indoor-outdoor cat. She loves us but is not happy in our basement. She wants to be around people and we just cannot provide that. She was very close with my daughter but she got busy and unfortunately just didn’t have time for her. We want the best for her and for her to live the rest of her life as royalty.👑

Story
Alfie and Siri are special needs cats that have Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH). The cerebellum is responsible for coordination and other things. CH can be mild to severe and they are in the moderate range. They have poor coordination and balance, but can walk as long as they have traction such as carpet. Their space has rubber backed throw rugs on vinyl tile. They cannot jump or climb. They each have a unique presentation of this disease and I would be happy to go over this in detail for someone who is serious about adopting. Please do some research online before deciding if they are right for you. You are welcome to contact me with any questions. Alfie and Siri are 4 years old and have been in foster care all of their lives and deserve a home where they don't have to compete with other fosters for attention. Please email me at scratchcats@gmail.com for any questions.

Story
Lily, Maggie, and Susie were my sweet mamas beloved cats. She recently gained her wings, and these three girls meant the world to her. About five years ago, Lily showed up as a stray, pregnant and in need of help. My mother took her in and gave her a safe, loving home. Lily later gave birth to Maggie and Susie, and the three of them have been together ever since. The vet believes they are Siamese/Tabby mix. All three cats are spayed, healthy, and litter box trained. Lily is the shy mama of the group and tends to keep to herself. Maggie and Susie are also a little shy and usually come out when my father is home. When new people are around, they like to hide and observe from a distance. But with patience, love, and a gentle home, I truly believe they will come out of their shells. They have been through a big change losing the person who loved them the most. My hope is that a kindhearted person or family will give these girls a second chance and the same love my mother once gave them.
