If sweetness were a sport, this girl would have a gold medal around her neck! She’s the ultimate cool girl who wins over every human she meets with a little wiggle and a lot of heart. While she might start off a tiny bit shy, one treat is all it takes to unlock her goofy, love bug personality. Get ready for a dog who doesn’t just live with you; she celebrates you every single day!
This girl is the definition of a velcro dog in the very best way. She is a dedicated shadow who prefers to be wherever you are, whether you’re folding laundry or finally finishing that book. She isn’t necessarily looking to hike across the country; she's more of a map out the best spot on the rug kind of girl. While we’re always playing a fun guessing game with rescue breeds, we believe Gracie is a Catahoula mix! She has a beautiful white and brindle coat that is truly captivating; it’s the kind of coat you can’t look at just once, as you’re constantly discovering new patterns and variations in her stripes. Weighing in at a solid 56lbs, she’s compact enough to be your favorite plus one for errands, yet has a heart that’s clearly oversized! She’s the ideal size for someone who wants a buddy who fits comfortably on the sofa next to them.
She is currently thriving in a foster home where she’s already proving what a star student she can be. Gracie is gentle and patient, she is also kid-friendly, making her a wonderful addition to a home with children. She’s familiar with her crate and settles down beautifully. She’s a dream in the house, calm, focused, and very respectful of her boundaries (and her snacks!). Whether it’s a car ride to the park or a quiet evening in, she’s just happy to be part of the family.
When it comes to other dogs, she is an absolute rockstar! She handles leash greetings with total grace and is always down for a game of tag with her canine friends. She’s a very balanced girl who gets along with almost everyone. She’d be a fantastic addition to a home with an existing dog who wants a playful, easygoing sister to romp around with. She is also a devoted soul who is more than happy to thrive as your one and only, soaking up every bit of your attention.
The jury is still out on whether Gracie’s a cat person, but she’s definitely got the curiosity! To make sure it’s a purrfect match, she’s ready to have a supervised sleepover with a feline. It would be the best way to see if she and a kitty sibling can become the ultimate besties.
Don’t have a massive backyard? No problem! This girl is the ultimate apartment candidate. She’s easy to exercise and knows exactly how to flip the off switch once she’s indoors. Her foster mom says she’s happiest just hanging out and cuddling, making her the perfect neighbor. Her ideal home is anywhere her favorite person happens to be!

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!
Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!
The adoption fee is $1,200.00 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!
We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog.
Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
