PLEASE NOTE: Transport fee to Canada will be required. Cricket is still awaiting that perfect person. He is apx 12 years young and 10.5 pounds .He was adopted but returned because he bit the neighbor. Cricket takes a while to warm up to new people, more than a day, maybe more than a week, but he does. He never attacks or bites people out of no where , he is fine with having friends over but he does not like being cornered or picked up by strangers, provoked or pet by people he does not know. He also does not like boy dogs but he loves the ladies and has several girlfriends here at the ranch. He does not like people kissing him in the face even if he does love you he is not a face kisser. Cricket is also heartworm positive and on the slow kill method. He was born in his home, he lived with his elderly human father for 12 full years. He has always been wonderful with me and adores me, since day one. So he is just particular with his people. He loves everyone that works and volunteers at the rescue but some took longer to warm up than others. He is a very sweet and loving gentleman once he warms up to you. He is an easy dog once he warms up, you just have to give him time and space and within a few weeks he will following you everywhere and crawling in your lap for cuddles and sleeping next to you in bed. He had a dental. He had a proheart injection, he loves food, he is not a big barker unless a stranger comes over. He has pretty good potty manners but may mark the first couple days. He is actually a gentle quiet soul that just thinks for some reason he has to make himself larger than life when he is scared or uncertain or nervous. You will fall in love with Cricket. It may not be the first night , but he weasels his way into your heart, you will see. Story
Boston is apx 1-1.5 yr and weighs 11.6 pounds . She has a lot of energy and is very excited about life. She is a social butterfly and loves people, kids, and all other animals. She walks on leash and harness but still needs some practice as she is all over the place 😂 She needs some basic puppy 101 training and a little work on her manners. Boston can be a bull in a china shop at times but she is just easily excitable. She is a great dog, that has a zest for life , love and livin the dream! She would be an excellent dog for a busy family with a big yard or a person that is active that would love to bring their dog for walks, to the parks, outdoor adventures or social gatherings as Boston has never met a stranger. She is very outgoing but also chills after a fun day and loves cuddling her people. She is a little shadow and will follow you everything and quickly become your new bff . Story
CULLUM is currently being fostered in Southern Ontario. Meet Cullum 🖤 A total mama’s boy with a heart of gold 💙 Cullum is a 2–3‑year‑old, 9‑lb sensitive little soul with a huge heart, just waiting for the right person to love. He may be timid at first, but beneath that shy exterior is a deeply loyal companion who bonds hard and loves even harder. Once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll have his whole heart forever. ❤️ Cullum is the definition of a “mama’s boy.” When he chooses you, he becomes your shadow, your snuggle buddy, your biggest fan. His happiest place is tucked under the covers, curled up close to his person at the end of the day. Because of his past, Cullum is deeply fearful of men and requires a women‑only, child‑free home. Male visitors are fine, but his caregiver(s) must be women so he can feel safe and thrive. One thing that brings Cullum pure joy? Other dogs. He absolutely lights up around friendly, playful pups and becomes a goofy, carefree little guy. He must have at least one playful dog in his forever home — a confident canine friend helps him feel secure, happy, and brave. Cullum has excellent housetraining manners and thrives on routine. He would love a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore and relax. He’s learning to walk nicely on leash, but because he can be easily startled, an escape‑proof harness is essential. He is also crate trained and finds comfort in having a safe, cozy space of his own. Cullum has been through a lot, but he’s ready to give his heart to someone who understands him. With patience, gentleness, and time, he will reward you with a rare kind of devotion — the kind that only comes from a dog who finally feels safe. Once Cullum trusts you, he will love you with a depth and loyalty that is truly extraordinary. If you believe in the beauty of helping a fearful dog blossom into the joyful companion he was meant to be, Cullum might just be your perfect match.

Story
Meet Lotus (Lolo)! ❤️ At 10 years young and just 7.5 pounds, Lotus—affectionately known as Lolo—is a tiny sweetheart with a big personality. With her short legs and long body, we think she may be a Chiweenie mix, although she certainly has plenty of Chihuahua charm! Lolo came into rescue through no fault of her own when her loving owner could no longer afford the treatment she needed for seizures. Thanks to proper veterinary care, she is now stable and thriving. She will need lifelong medication, which she happily takes tucked inside a tiny pill pocket. Aside from her well-managed seizures and some mild age-related vision changes, she's in wonderful health. She has also had a dental, been spayed, and had a benign mammary tumour removed. Lolo is equal parts sweet and sassy! She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and is good with respectful children, though her tiny size makes her better suited to a home without very young kids. She hasn't been tested with cats. This little lady loves life! She enjoys zoomies, playing fetch with soft toys, and proudly removing every squeaker and bit of stuffing she can find. When playtime is over, she's happiest curled up in your lap giving kisses or snuggled under the blankets beside you at bedtime. Lotus loves sunny days, leisurely walks filled with lots of sniffing, and spending time outdoors. She has good emerging leash manners and is fully house-trained in her foster home, using either the yard or pee pads. Like many dogs, she may need a little patience while adjusting to a new home, but she's a quick learner. Lolo can be vocal when she hears noises or visitors arrive—not because she's unfriendly, but because she'd much rather be picked up for cuddles! Because of this, a detached home would likely suit her better than an apartment or townhouse. If you're looking for a loving little companion with plenty of personality, Lotus is ready to fill your home—and your lap—with love.

Story
Currently fostered in Texas and is ready to come to Canada. Fifa our little jumping bean is apx 1.5 years and 8.2 pounds. She is a giant goof ball. Loves to run, play and jump but is also a huge lap baby. She has a good amount of energy to expel so someone able to take her to the dog parks, walks or someone that has a good back yard would be great for her. She needs to be able to get a little of that energy out. That being said, Fifa loves people, other dogs and LOVES attention. She is a social butterfly and would be a fantastic addition to a busy or social family. She loves to cuddle and be with her people, she is just happy to do whatever you are doing that day and to be a part of it all. She walks on a leash. She is a very happy and joyful girl that everyone will love. She does well with kids but she is a jumper so if the children are toddlers, training with her would be a must to ensure she would not jump on the kids. Aside from that she is a gem! Story
Currently fostered in Texas, can come to Canada. Oreo aka the million dollar baby. She is apx 10 years young . 9 pounds. Sometimes in rescue you take a dog that you get not one , but several surprises. Oreo came to us after her human mama passed away. She seemed fine but had just a slight limp that appeared to be arthritis and she did seem to have to potty a lot and drank a bit more than usual. Off to the vet we went , several thousand dollars later, and 2 surgeries later , she has had or has the following 🐾Grade 3 heart murmur currently not showing any side effects or signs of heart failure. She is not on any medications for this. 🐾 4 giant bladder stones which have been removed 🐾 had four teeth removed 🐾 bilateral cruciate disease , both her ligaments were torn so she was on strict rest and pain medication for the last two months. Surgery was not recommended. She is doing much better . And has regained full mobility. Oreo loves people and is an excellent lap dog. She is always on her fosters dads lap. She does best with other senior dogs and would not like puppies. She is OK with the cats and would never hurt the cats, but she does like to bark at the cats which probably would be annoying long-term so most likely a home without cats is best. Walks on leash and harness and has good potty manners. Adoption fee has been reduced to cover the cost of transport. Approved adopters please send your hold requests to the email you were given.
