He is now settling into his foster home in Wisconsin and is doing wonderful. Buster’s story is one of second chances. This 1-year-old Chihuahua mix was surrendered when his previous owner no longer wanted him, but that hasn’t dimmed his joyful spirit. Now safe and out of the shelter, Buster is showing just how special he is. Weighing just 12 pounds, Buster is a super awesome, sweet, and low-key little guy. He has an easygoing personality and loves being around people. In his foster home, he has been affectionate, calm, and happy to just be near his humans. Buster appears to be potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, which has made his transition into a home smooth and stress-free. He gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a wonderful fit for many different types of households.
