Our precious little Kiwi is a 9# 1 and 1/2 yr old perfect rescue. She was apparently dumped at a construction site and for a couple of days kept visiting a young lady in the security booth until that person decided she needed a safe place. Since being rescued she has been a perfect angel! She was in heat so she was moved to a less chaotic foster home . She loves to sit on your lap and help with your phone or laptop tasks . She is playful with toys and other furry friends. She has done excellent with housebreaking and is allowed to sleep in a room on a nice soft bed but will kennel . Kiwi is spayed ,vaccinated , microchipped, wormed and has a vet evaluation . Her adoption fee is $350 so please submit an application on the website and possibly win the lottery for a perfect little family companion.

The best boy! Four year old, healthy, 20lbs, neutered male. Benny is a lap dog and a beta dog, very smart, patient, well-behaved, will go find his leash for walks, but doesn’t like walking far. He much prefers to cuddle in your lap as you watch tv, but still enjoys chasing balls and catching toys in his mouth when you throw them. He loves being close to his humans. Born in a shelter, his mom was a chihuahua. He loves smelling and sniffing, and has gotten along with all the cats we have had. He probably believes he is a cat! He has been through all levels of training from beginner to brain games. He knows cues for touch, sit, stay, leave it, spin, and many more! He has so much love to give and needs a home where he can be treasured as much as he deserves!

Addie is about 12 years old and she is super sweet. I took her in from my grandparents when they could no longer care for her. Now I am in the same situation. I want her to go to a home where someone can care for her better than what I am able to. She is an outside dog at the moment and she seems to be good with children and other dogs, from what I have seen. She has a lot of energy for an older dog but she also enjoys lazing around as well. She needs to be fed separately from other dogs and she seems to sleep best at night in her kennel. My hope for her is that she finds a loving home with people who will be happy to have her.

I am needing to find a new home for brownie our 6 year old chiweenie, a mix of dachshund and apple head Chihuahua as our family of 3 has grown with addition of our new born daughter who we have recently found out is allergic to brownie. She is well loved and cared for. Has beautiful black fur with white and brown feet, she is about 10-12 pounds. She is house trained with doggie door or she will whine at the door to be let out side to go potty, she will also use puppy pads if need be. She is playful and full of energy, she loves to fetch and play tug a war. She is good around small children, she will try and share their snacks if in reach, lol! She does bark when someone comes to the door, our little guard dog! she has been around other dogs. She is spayed. Probably in need of a current rabies shot.

Quarantine up July 16th, 2026 Meet Twinkie! ❤️ Twinkie is an adorable 10-pound Chihuahua with the sweetest personality you could ask for. She came to us from a shelter in deep South Texas with a severely injured eye that had to be removed, but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit. At around four years old, Twinkie is gentle, loving, and gets along beautifully with other dogs. She has a kind, easygoing nature, and I can truly see her fitting into just about any family—whether you have children, other dogs, or you’re simply looking for a loyal little companion. Twinkie is currently located in Hondo, Texas, but we do transport! Be sure to check the transport schedule on our website—we may already have a trip planned near you. Twinkie tested positive for Chagas but please do to let that scare you. She is doing great on treatment and the app cost is $30 per month for every 20 lbs of dog weight so not much at all. Meet Molly, a petite, soft-hearted long haired Chihuahua mix is ready for a quieter life where she can finally feel safe and loved. At 17 pounds and just about 2 years old, Molly has all the makings of a little best friend—gentle, sweet, and happiest when she’s close to her person. Molly was found on the expressway, and while we don’t know much about her past, we can tell you this: She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She can be a little nervous when hands come in for pets, as if she’s still learning that kindness is the rule now—not the exception. With a patient adopter and a soft lap, she settles in beautifully and will continue to thrive with someone who’s home a lot and has time to help her continue to build the confidence she has already started to show.
