Story
He is a sweet English Cocker Spaniel, around 6 years old. His owner loves him very much, but unfortunately, due to a serious health condition, is no longer able to provide him with the care and attention he deserves. I am the owner’s neighbor and am helping find him a loving new home. He is in Orange, CA.He is a lively, affectionate, and friendly dog with a lot of personality. He loves being around people, enjoys companionship and attention, and forms strong bonds with those who care for him. He is a very loving dog and would be happiest in a home where he can truly be part of the family. We are hoping to find him a responsible, stable, and loving permanent home. Ideally, his new family will have plenty of time for him and will give him the companionship, care, exercise, and affection he deserves.Finding the right home is our priority. We want to make sure his next home will be his forever home — a family that will love him and treat him as a family member for the rest of his life.

🐾 Hamilton Needs a Loving New Home 🐾I’m looking for a loving, responsible home for my 5 year old sweet boy, Hamilton. This is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to the pet restrictions at the new place I recently moved into, I’m unfortunately unable to keep him.About Hamilton:🐶 Brown Cocker Spaniel mix⚖️ Approximately 21 lbs💙 Neutered💉 Current on his rabies vaccine🎾 Sweet, playful, and affectionate🐾 Can be nervous and will bark when first meeting someone, but warms up with timeHamilton does have a bite history involving food, so I want to be completely transparent. He bit me once. He needs a home with someone who understands dogs, is comfortable managing resource guarding, and can give him patience and appropriate boundaries. He may not be the right fit for a home with young children or someone inexperienced with dogs.Once he feels comfortable, Hamilton is a very sweet and playful little guy who deserves a loving, stable home where he can feel safe and be himself. ❤️

Story
Meet this fabulous girl! She’s about 1–2 years old and weighs around 30 pounds. This lovely spaniel has a gentle heart and a shy nature. She’s been through a lot and is still learning to trust people, but she’s making progress every day. She truly loves other dogs — they help her feel safe and confident. She’s super easy, very quiet, and crate trained, making her an easy addition to a calm, loving home.   For a complete list of our pets and photos please visit our website fochp.org  September 12, 2026, 10:39 pm
