Mike (affectionately called Mikey) is a complete goofball with a big personality. He can be a little stubborn at times, but he’s learning commands and making great progress. Mikey is crate trained and house-broken. He’s a high-energy pup who loves to play, and he also enjoys relaxing with a good chew toy. He gets along well with other dogs. Mikey can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly—especially with belly rubs! He is still working on his leash walking skills, but he’s improving with practice and consistency ADOPTION PROCESS 1. Review our adoption contract and application. 2. Colette will be around 25 pounds as an adult, she is spayed, heartworm negative and is on ProHeart6 heartworm preventative. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. Anna had a very difficult life before coming to us, being used as a mill mama her entire life. She is shut down at this time but is slowly starting to give us her trust. We are confident she will make a wonderful family member for a very lucky family, who understands her past and gives her the time she needs to trust them and her new surroundings.
