Story
Pepper road to being rescued was paved with heartbreak. Pepper story started when she arrived at the shelter as a stray with another dog named, Jillian. While we don’t exactly know what Pepper and Jillian’s relationship was, we have a strong hunch they were sisters. They looked alike, they acted alike and most of all, loved each other like sisters do. They were even commonly seen cuddling and comforting each other in their kennel. Sadly, Jillian unexpectedly passed away in her kennel one night. Pepper stayed by her side for hours, alone, until they were discovered the following morning. Pepper's heart was shattered. Without her sister by her side, Pepper became depressed, defensive and was deemed “unadoptable”. She was scheduled to be euthanized. We heard her story, and we couldn't let that be the end of her road. The moment we met Wraven, we promised to do all we could to heal her broken heart. And since that day, she has become a completely different dog with a whole new lease on life. Pepper has been staying with a foster since she was saved from the shelter. Amazingly, the home is not just any old foster home - it’s a foster farm! She’s been living on a farm with (big + small) dogs, cats, chickens, birds and tortoises. Pepper spends her days running around the acres of land, (playfully) chasing chickens, making neat nests with her (many) toys/treats and of course lots of napping. Wraven’s heart is whole again, and we just know her sister Jillian is looking down smiling. Pepper has overcome heartbreaking obstacles. Now that her heart has healed, she is ready for someone to open their own heart for her. Her adoption fee includes her completed veterinary exams, dental, spay, vaccines and microchip. She'll steal your heart in no time. Please use this link to apply: https://lovethemallrescue.org/wraven#68c1ed43-1cf8-4334-bbc5-bebc291da8e6

Story
Cogan is a great and super affectionate dog. He is happy to cuddle you 24/7. He does bark at any movement in the home, which is somewhat normal for a corgi. He does try to get in the way and steal any love or affection I try to give to my other dog. I have to yell for him to stop nudging himself in to steal all the pets. I feel like he might be better as an only child if possible because of this. He does mostly fine with his current sibling it’s justfrustrating for me. He submissively pees when greeting and only if you lean down to greet him. I think this was mostly just an adjusting to a new home issue because he hardly ever does it now. I also didn’t have a doggy door right away and he would have accidents then. So as long as he outside access on his own accord, potty training is not a concern. He is fine not peeing overnight. If you live in an apartment you will need to train him. He will follow you everywhere. He has low energy needs. He is not destructive when left alone.

Story
Annie arrived in the summer heat – hungry, dehydrated, and tick infested. She was extremely scared and had probably never known loving human hands. Annie is has blossomed at ABC and is now such a friendly gal! She greets everyone with a welcome wag and loves playing with her best friend Henry, who is also available for adoption. Annie and Henry love each other so much, that they have become a bonded pair. She is such a smart little gal who is eager to please. Just say her name and her sweet eyes will be looking at you and her tail will be wagging! If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly sidekick, then Annie is your perfect companion! All this bonded duo is missing is their forever home! Visit http://animalsbenefitclub.com/adopt/ to learn about our Adoption Process and to download an adoption questionnaire. All interested adopters must complete an adoption questionnaire. If you are considered a match for the pet you are interested in, you will be contacted. A home visit is REQUIRED. Voicemail messages are retrieved periodically, but please note, we DO NOT RETURN CALLS regarding the status of adoption questionnaires. Our administrative staff is volunteer based, thank you for your patience and understanding. Included with adoptions – spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, food sample, collar, and post adoption support.

My name is precious, and my name says it all! I am an adorable girl looking for my furever family. I recently lived in a van with 25 other dogs. Our family loved us so it was difficult for them to let us go, but we are ready to embark on our new journey in finding a forever home. I am a shy girl, but I am very gentle and loving. Once I get comfortable, I will always be by your side. I’ve always lived with other dogs, but I am not sure how I would get along with one that I have never met. I was previously housebroken, but still may need some patience as I adjust to my new surroundings. If you would like to meet me, please come to the shelter with everyone that lives in the home including all current canine companions. **DON'T FALL VICTIM TO FRAUD - Scammers have been responding to comments asking individuals to private message them for more information or post spam sites.
