Nine years ago, a client had a litter of puppies, and I had no intention of bringing another dog home. Then I met her. While her littermates played, she climbed onto my stomach, curled up, and fell asleep. I knew immediately she was coming home with me. For the last nine years, she has been an incredible companion. She has shared karaoke sessions, celebrations, and countless happy moments. She greets every day with zoomies, affection, and unwavering loyalty. She is gentle, loving, and thrives on human connection. Everyone who meets her is drawn to her sweet personality.Making this decision is heartbreaking, but our lifestyle now involves more travel, and she spends more time alone than is ideal. Because she experiences separation anxiety, she would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time. She deserves the companionship she loves, and my hope is to find a family who will cherish her as much as we have and give her the wonderful next chapter she deserves.

The puppies are mellow, loving, sweet and not the least bit nippy. They move into heart and home and fit perfectly. They roll with the flow. They adore all dogs, people, and kids. Sweet little Gwen, at only 1 1/2, was set to be euthanized for being scared. This sweet Corgi mix is a perfect size at about 27 lbs. Slowly, with patience, she is blossoming into a joyful and confident girl. Despite her great fear, she has shown no aggression. The grass she was afraid to walk on is now her playground. She has learned to use the doggy door and comes and goes outside all through the day. She needs a bit of time when experiencing something new but amazes us at how fast she learns. She is house-trained and walks well on a leash. She struggled at first in the kennel alone, but does well now. Gwen will bark when new people come over, but warms up quickly. She has gotten along well with the 18 pound terrier and 50 pound doodle she lives with. She has not been around cats, but doesn't react to them on walks. She would love another dog in her new home, but would be fine as an only dog. The greatest desire she has is to be loved and to be with her family. She is a wonderful mix of playfulness and a couch potato. She would prefer a home where she can snuggle next to you on the couch. Friends! Help me find the PURRFECT home!! Lolly(white) and Grizzly(tan) are a bonded mother-daughter pair. They will only be adopted together, which has made it hard to place them. They are also nervous dogs who need space and time to warm up. Their purrfect home would be patient and more on the quiet side. They are completely fine with other dogs, but would also be happy to be the only dogs. They actually LOVE kids - so that is a plus. Mommy Lolly is about 2 and Grizzly will be 1 in a few days. They are potty trained and are snuggle bugs once they warm up. They have a reduced adoption fee because they need to go together. They are fine with cats as well.
