Story
This adorable low-rider is Peter.  He is definitely a mix as are most of our dogs found stray on the street, but he has some Corgi qualities, and a little Podengo Portugese as well.  He is only 9 months old and weighs just 15 lbs right now which means he should be right around 20 lbs when he is fully grown.   Peter was covered in ticks and needed some good food and vet care when our fosters found him.  He may be a little dog but they tell us he has a big personality and is a very social little guy who is loving and sweet and likes dogs of all sizes.  He loves people and he is also leash, potty, and crate trained and is described as a calm little guy.  If you'd like to learn more about Peter, please let us know by putting in an application!  It will help us see if you make a good match for each other.  Applications can be found on the website at 4dogsfarmrescue.org/Adoption.html  - while you are there, check out his videos under Available Dogs and scroll until you see his name.   Peter will come to you neutered and fully vetted.   ADOPTION FEE:  $475.00  ##1730007##

Story
Sunny as a spring day in April, this handsome guy is looking for a home with experience and preferably children over 12 as he can be selective with who he wants to spend his time with. He'd thrive as the only dog in the home since he's got a lot of personality, but is just the right amount of dog for a knowledgeable adopter with a big heart. Sunny is playful and fun-loving so he'd love to spend his time playing games or tug-o-war with his people. After a long winter, are you ready for some sun? Come visit and get to know more at Milo Point Richmond!

Story
Pembroke Welsh Corgi Mix Age: approx 8 years old Male, neutered 20 lbs Adoption Fee: Donation (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations) Llew was picked up by animal control off the streets of Hayward. He was unable to use his back legs. Otherwise he seemed in fairly good shape. He must not have been on the streets for long. It is suspected that he had a back problem (IVDD) that was never treated. He has responded well to anti-inflammatory and pain medications. He has gained some use of his back legs (he can stand and walk a few steps). He has been in physical therapy for a few months. UPDATE: With diligent persistence from his foster home, Llew is walking again on his back legs. He is a little wobbly, but he is using his back legs all the time - no more dragging. For all he has been through, he has an excellent demeanor - very friendly, very loving. He can come off as a little “pushy” to some dogs, but overall he gets along well with all the dogs in his foster home. He needs a home with no stairs, and where someone is home most of the time. He would prefer a home with another friendly dog. Nobody’s Perfekt Dogs is willing to assist with his vet costs, if needed. Even though he has regained the ability to walk with his hind legs, the jury is still out on whether he has control of his bladder and bowels. He appears to pee when he goes outside, but he doesn't stop and pee. Similarly, he doesn't stop and poop - it just comes out when it is ready.
