NAME: CORU GENDER: FEMALE BREED: CORGI COLOR: BROWN & WHITE AGE: 11 YEARS OLD WEIGHT: 32lbs SPAY OR NEUTER: Yes MICROCHIP: Yes If you would like to give CORU a forever home, please go to www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with home photos. Coru is an amazing girl. To say the least, she is a survivor with the biggest heart. She is gentle and loving. Poor girl has been through a tough life. However, it doesn’t stop her from loving and trusting humans. Coru is now in a foster home with other dogs and is good with big and small dogs. She is doing well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. Coru started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate trained and doing well on her house training. She rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands. Coru is a wonderful girl and deserves a loving forever home. Coru’s Rescue Story Coru was rescued from a poorly run private shelter. The shelter has over 2,000 dogs living in cramped and wet environment. Coru along with her other friends were used as breeding dogs. After they were done with her, poor Coru was sent to a private shelter where she lived in a cage and never let out. A kind international rescue organization got a rescue message from a volunteer. The founder has over 160 dogs waiting for homes and didn’t have space for another dog. However, when she saw photos of the dogs suffering. She knew it was urgent to rescue them. The rescue took home 19 dogs and promised to find them forever loving homes. Coru had a thorough medical checkup. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Coru a loving forever home. Story
She is a young puppy, about 6 months old according to the vet. She was abandoned and later passed between friends in our group, and I have had her the longest. She is very energetic, playful, and friendly with people. She enjoys walks in the park, but sidewalks can make her nervous. Because she is still young and very trusting, she needs an owner who can supervise her closely, help her learn boundaries, and keep her safe. She is getting used to the crate and seems to treat it as a safe space. She is not fully potty trained yet and still needs regular trips outside and supervision, especially when she starts getting fidgety. She would do best with someone patient and consistent who is prepared for the time and attention a young puppy needs. She has been through a lot of change for such a young puppy, so she would benefit from a home that can give her consistency, patience, and a steady routine.
