Story
Blue is such a sweet and loving little princess. She is one who will head to the brewery for a day out or be content snuggling up on the couch. She has amazing dog manners and is very respectful of the elderly resident dogs in the house. She does fine in her crate if we are gone and has had no accidents in the house. She would be a great addition to and family or single person looking for a companion. Blue is estimated to be 5 years old and 19 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events! Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event. Meet April — a 12 y/o gentle, loving girl looking for her forever home April came to me for temporary care after a family member could no longer keep her, and now she’s ready to find a home where she can truly flourish. She’s a total sweetheart with a soft, sensitive nature. April startles easily, so she does best in a calm, patient environment. Once she feels safe, she loves nothing more than treats, quiet time, and curling up on a cozy blanket. April is kennel trained, though she rarely needs to be in one — she mostly uses it as her little safe space when she wants some downtime. She’s wonderful on walks. April is leash trained and enjoys both short strolls and longer adventures at a relaxed pace. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion who just needs a little reassurance and a lot of love, April might be the perfect match.
