Story
Hi, future family 🧡 My name is Nut, and I’m a 1-year-old boy with a round little body, short legs, and a face that makes people smile the moment they see me. I’m about 10kg, and people say I look like a mix of Shiba Inu, Welsh Corgi, and Jindo. Somehow, I got the best parts of all three — a bright Shiba face, the gentle charm of a Jindo, and tiny Corgi legs that wiggle along when I walk. Apparently, the way I toddle toward people is “extremely cute.” I hear that a lot. But before I got this second chance, my story was almost over. I was rescued from a city shelter just before euthanasia. If help had come any later, I wouldn’t be here today writing this to you. Even though my past was difficult, I still love people very much. I never stopped hoping someone kind would choose me. I’m actually pretty friendly when meeting new people. I like staying close to humans, and if you look at me or talk to me, my tail starts wagging almost immediately. I really enjoy attention, affection, and simply being near the people I love. I also get along well with other dogs and enjoy running around or relaxing beside dog friends. I do have one funny little habit though… Sometimes I get a tiny bit jealous. If another dog is getting all the attention, I might quietly squeeze my way in or try to remind everyone, “Hey… I’m here too!” But it’s not aggressive at all — it’s more like a little kid asking not to be forgotten. Honestly, I just love people so much that I want to be included in the love too. There’s something important I hope you understand about me: Living in a real home will be completely new for me. I’ve spent my life in shelter environments, so things like house routines, walking politely on leash, waiting alone, potty habits, and understanding family life are all things I’m still learning. At first, I might make mistakes, get overly curious, feel nervous in a new place, or show lots of puppy energy. But that doesn’t mean I’m a “bad” dog — it just means I’ve never truly had the chance to learn what family life feels like. Rescue dogs like me sometimes need time to adjust. For the first few days or weeks, I may seem shy, overwhelmed, or different from what you expected. New environments can feel scary at first. But if you stay patient and give me time, I promise I’ll slowly begin to relax, trust, and show you more and more of my real personality. And I think… my real personality is pretty lovable. I’m the little dog who trots after you on short legs. The one who looks at you with bright eyes whenever you call my name. The one who simply wants to be loved and included in your life. Once, I was standing at the edge of goodbye. Now, I’m waiting for a forever family who will give me a warm home, kind patience, and a life where I never have to feel unwanted again. If you choose me, I’ll spend the rest of my life loving you with my whole heart. 🧡

Story
🏠 Currently in a Toronto foster homeHi, I'm Nire! 🤍🐾 My name is Nire, and I'm a 3-year-old Shiba Inu mix girl weighing 14.3 kg (31.5 lbs). I have bright round eyes, a happy smile, and a heart full of love just waiting for my forever family. Before I was rescued, life was not very kind to me. I was saved from a shelter where my future was uncertain, but you would never guess it from the way I greet each day. I love people, I love being loved, and I still believe the best is yet to come. When we first meet, I might be a little shy and cautious. New places and unfamiliar faces can make me nervous for a moment. But if you give me a little patience and kindness, I'll soon come over to say hello, ask for pets, and show you my sweet and affectionate side. I enjoy spending time with other dogs, but if I'm being honest, people are my favorite. Nothing makes me happier than going for a walk together, sharing quiet moments, making eye contact, and simply being near the people I love. I dream of a family who wants a loyal companion to share everyday life with.I'm a smaller-sized girl with a calm and gentle personality. I don't need to be the center of attention. I'm happiest quietly staying by your side, watching the world together. As our bond grows, you'll discover that I'm actually quite the little sweetheart who loves affection and may even follow you around the house just to be close to you. I'm still working on my potty training, but I'm eager to learn and adapt. Because I enjoy human companionship and respond well to gentle guidance, I believe I'll settle into home life beautifully with a family willing to help me along the way.I've already survived one difficult chapter in my life. Now I'm hoping for a new beginning—a home filled with love, patience, and belonging. I don't need anything fancy. I just want a family to love and a place where I can finally stay forever. Could that family be you?Love,Nire 🤍

Story
My name is Lucas, and I’m a 4-year-old male Jack Russell Terrier × Welsh mix weighing around 10kg. I have a compact, sturdy body — but my short little legs are what everyone notices first. People often say I look extra adorable when I walk, and I think it’s because every step I take naturally makes people smile. 😊 For a long time, I lived in a shelter. I was rescued just before euthanasia, and since then I’ve been given a second chance at life. Now I’m staying in a training facility where I’m slowly learning what the world is like outside the shelter. Everything still feels new to me — other dogs playing freely, interesting smells on walks, toys, and especially kind human attention. It’s almost like I’m finally experiencing what it means to just be a dog. Because I’m discovering so much for the first time, I get very curious about everything around me. But there are also things I still need help understanding. Sometimes, if a hand suddenly reaches over my head or someone touches me unexpectedly, I can get scared and react defensively. In those moments, it may look like I’m trying to bite, but it’s really just fear — a way for me to protect myself when I feel unsure. When people take time to approach me gently, that behavior becomes much less, and my true personality starts to show. Because deep down… I’m actually a very sweet and affectionate boy. 💛 I just need time. What I need most is not quick bonding, but patience and understanding. If you let me come to you at my own pace instead of forcing touch or rushing interactions, I will slowly begin to trust you. It helps a lot when people approach me from the side or below rather than reaching over my head, and when they use calm voices and positive experiences to help me feel safe. Once I trust someone, I become a completely different dog — I love attention, I follow my person around, and I show a very affectionate and playful side. I also need time to adjust because I haven’t really experienced normal home life before. A house, daily routines, leash walking in neighborhoods, being alone for short periods, and house training — all of these are still new to me. At first, I may feel nervous or make mistakes, but that’s not bad behavior. It’s just me learning how to live in a home. What helps me grow is guidance, not punishment. With a stable routine, regular walks, and positive reinforcement, I can gradually build confidence and feel more secure. I’m smart and curious, and with the right support, I learn step by step at my own pace. In the beginning, it’s really important for me to have a calm environment and not too much overwhelming stimulation. If I’m given space and time to feel safe, I will slowly open my heart. And when I do, I will stay by your side with all my loyalty and love. I may not be the easiest dog at first, but I promise I have a heart that is ready to love deeply once I feel safe. I’m Lucas — a small dog with short legs, a long journey behind me, and a big hope for a forever family who will understand me and walk with me at my own pace. 🐾 Lucas

🏠 Currently in a Seattle foster homeHi, I'm Naru. 🐾 My name is Naru, and I'm a 3-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix weighing about 8 kg. People often tell me I'm extra cute because of my short little legs and my chubby body. I have a funny little waddle when I walk, and my black-and-white face looks like I'm wearing a tiny mask. I think it makes me pretty special. 🖤🤍Before I was rescued, I was living in a shelter where my time was running out. I don't know what my life could have been, but I was given a second chance. Now, all I'm hoping for is something simple—a family to love and a place where I belong.I get along well with other dogs and I'm always polite with them, but if I'm being honest... people are my favorite. More than playing with other dogs, I love sitting beside someone who calls my name, gently pets me, and lets me simply be close. Those quiet moments mean everything to me. I'm a calm and easygoing boy who rarely barks. At home, I'm happiest relaxing nearby while my family goes about their day. I'm not an overly energetic dog, but I do enjoy daily walks. Taking a slow stroll together, sniffing the fresh air, and exploring the world by your side would be the perfect adventure for me. 🌿You might notice that I'm missing my front teeth. We don't know exactly what happened in my past, but it doesn't bother me at all! I eat, play, and enjoy life just like any other dog. If anything, my little toothless smile just makes people fall in love with me even more. 😊 When we first meet, I may be a little reserved. I like to take a moment to make sure everything feels safe. But once I trust you, my affectionate side comes shining through. I'll happily lean against you, quietly follow you from room to room, and simply enjoy being near the person I love.I don't need a busy life or grand adventures. I just dream of a cozy home, gentle hands, peaceful walks, and someone who will look at me and say, "You're finally home." I've already been given a second chance at life. Now I'm waiting for the one thing I've never had... A forever family to call my own. ❤️🏡

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️💟Available to fly to SEA💟The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate.Meet Victor❤️💙 Victor's News Account: @jjamooong._1.) Health Condition Spayed. Microchipped, negative for heartworm upon retest (treatment complete) and dental scaling completed. Due to a small fracture in her right molars and tartar buildup, special care is taken to brush her teeth.2.) Rescue Story Victor was rescued by an Adogs volunteer while she was tied up tightly in a gravel lot. When found, she had clearly been neglected for a long time — food that had gone bad was piled next to her, and she looked frightened. But as soon as she felt safe, she wagged her tail and approached.3.) Basic Information With People: Gets along well with strangers as long as they don’t rush or approach in a threatening manner. Becomes affectionate if you approach and give her love. Acts cute and flops down comfortably when being petted by familiar people. Loves cuddling close to people. If you come home, she will hurry out to welcome you warmly. Is reactive with people who are running towards her, but she quickly stops if you tell her no. With Dogs: Gets along well with her foster family’s dog. Previously, she got overstimulated when seeing other dogs on walks but through training, she now calms down quickly and focuses on treats. Growls at first when she meets a dog at a dog friendly cafe, but stays still when they keep their distance. Is possessive of toys and sometimes tries to threaten other dogs when they play with her toy. Is getting training to fix this behaviour. With Cats: Although she growls at cats on walks, she stops quickly and passes by if you tell her to go. Separation Anxiety: Experiences anxiety when left alone, barking and scratching at the door. Does not feel separation anxiety when with other dogs or strangers though. Potty Training: Is very good with using pee pads. However, she remembers the first spot it was placed, so consistency in pad location is key. Prefers to go outside if possible and marks with her pee only when outside. Hygiene: Does excellently with baths and toothbrushing, and enjoys brushing. Does not like having her ears cleaned, so mouths at her foster parent’s hand as a warning without biting. Is very afraid of nail clipping, so it’s mostly handled through walks. Walks: Gets aggressive when birds or cats pass by. On days when she’s feeling irritable, she lunges with overstimulation and doesn't calm down when she sees other dogs. But on good days, she immediately refocuses on her guardian upon being called. Tends to pull on the leash hard only when other dogs are around or if she’s in a rush to potty. Is reluctant to go for walks on dark or cold days. Car Sickness: No motion sickness during a two-hour drive. Caution is required as there may be defensive (warning) biting if she is suddenly pushed to the side, if someone puts their face too close, if picked up abruptly, if bothered when she is already tired, or during ear cleaning. Doesn’t bark even at strangers outside the door as long as they don’t ring the doorbell. Barks briefly when family returns to home. Loves food very much. While this used to lead to some sensitivity (resource guarding) around her foster sibling, this behavior has improved significantly. Doesn’t like being bothered. Is okay with her foster sibling, but doesn’t like other dogs. Understands commands such as 'Sit down', 'Lie down', 'Turn', 'Nose', 'V', 'Paw', 'Wait', and 'Kiss'! Is a cutie pie that loves people. However, she has an independent side and dislikes being bothered too much.

📍Currently located in South Korea ✈️ Available to fly to SEA 💙 Name: Rosé 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 2 years old (Born May 2024) 💙 Weight: 7.1 kg / 15.6 lb 💙 Adogs Rescue Updates: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Medical History Spayed Microchipped, undergoing heartworm treatment, and negative for anaplasma upon retest. Scheduled for hernia surgery after finishing heartworm treatment. 2⃣ Rescue Story Rosé was staying at the Gimje Shelter. Has a lot of affection and enjoys intense physical contact! - Interaction with Dogs: She prefers to rest comfortably on her own rather than actively playing or mingling with dog friends. - Interaction with Cats: She has not encountered any cats yet. - Separation Anxiety: It hasn’t been long since she moved to her foster home, so more observation is needed. - Potty Training: She currently uses indoor pee pads. May need some retraining if her environment changes. . - Hygiene: She stays calm and behaves nicely during brushing and nail trims. - Walking: Doesn’t have experience with walks yet due to heartworm treatment. - Car Sickness: She experiences a little bit of car sickness. - Biting: She showed absolutely no biting tendencies at the shelter. - Barking: She didn’t show any barking behavior at the shelter, but she may need structured training if her environment changes. - Likes: She absolutely loves treats! - Personality: Rosé has a very calm and serene personality. Tully   Name: Tully Age: 3 years Breed: Welsh Corgi Mix Sex: Spayed Female Color: Brown & White Weight: 7.2 kg (15.9 lbs) Height: 33 cm (13 in) at the shoulder   Rescue Story   Tully was rescued from a municipal shelter along with her puppies. Thankfully, all of her puppies have already found loving homes, and now it is Tully’s turn to find a family of her own.   ‍‍‍ Personality with People   Tully is an affectionate, social, and people-loving girl. She happily approaches both familiar people and strangers, leans in for affection, and enjoys being petted.   She loves women, men, and children alike, including children under 13 years old. Tully will often approach kids on her own to ask for pets and attention.   She is comfortable being picked up with an arm under her belly and, once she trusts someone, she will gladly roll over for belly rubs. If you stop petting her too soon, don’t be surprised if she politely asks for more!   Personality with Other Dogs   Tully is just as friendly with dogs as she is with people. She eagerly greets both familiar and unfamiliar dogs and often invites them to play.   She is especially gentle and nurturing with younger dogs and puppies. In fact, puppies with their own mothers often choose to follow Tully because of her sweet and caring personality.   She generally gets along best with dogs that are similar in size or smaller than herself.   Cats   Tully has not been tested with cats, but a cat test can be arranged for approved applicants.   Energy Level   Tully has a moderate energy level. She enjoys outdoor adventures and activities, but once exercise time is over, she is happy to relax quietly by your side.   Walks & Exercise   Because Tully required medical treatment after her rescue, she has not had many opportunities for regular walks yet. However, she naturally follows people well, has shown no fear of being outdoors, and is expected to continue gaining confidence with consistent walks and positive experiences.   Additional Information   No food guarding toward people or other dogs Friendly and easygoing temperament Calm and quiet in a kennel or crate Currently accustomed to outdoor potty habits   May bark at unfamiliar people Can be vocal when asking for attention or something she wants   Ideal Home   Tully would thrive in a home looking for a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys being close to both people and other dogs. Her friendly nature, moderate energy level, and compact size make her a wonderful fit for many different households, including families with respectful children or another friendly dog.   After raising her puppies and watching them find homes of their own, it’s finally Tully’s turn to be someone’s beloved family member.   Could Tully be the missing piece of your family?
