Story
I am great with kids and dogs of all sizes! I am a perfect energy level for nearly any home. And estimated to be around 3-4 years old. I’d love kids or dogs in my forever home. Just no cats please. I came from a hoarding case in Alabama and have been in my foster moms home for over a year now, she doesn’t know why and neither do I. I’m very sweet, loving and love to melt into you. I adore kids and I’m a cuddler and will cuddle anytime, anywhere. I love cuddling, sunbathing(I love to lay flat on my back and tan my belly!), playing with my fur siblings and food times, I make my bowl look like it came out of the dishwasher! At bed time I cuddle up with my fur siblings in my foster home on the couch. I am crate trained but my foster mom doesn’t crate me ever, I am very well behaved and house trained. I ride well in the car, I’m a very clean eater, I’m treat motivated and sit with the cutest perked up ears waiting patiently for my treats. My foster family loves to giggle at my play style, when I get super excited playing I spin in a circle.. or a few circles  I have seen a lot of my fosters siblings get their forever homes over the past year, but I’m still here. Ask about me! I love to meet new friends!!  August 21, 2026, 8:45 am

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet. Oreo's owner has had her for 5 wonderful years but then the family had a baby and the baby became a toddler and it has all been too much for Oreo, too much unbounded kid, not enough space. She loves to cuddle, loves attention and being petted.  She will let you know if you start to slack off petting her.   She would love an active family with older respectful kids.  She loves to play fetch and to run.  Her trainer suggested agility training as she is incredibly fast and agile.  We think she would thrive on the challenge of a course and competition.  But even if she just went running and hiking with you, she would be an excellent companion who would keep you both motivated. She can be OK with other dogs, as long as they are at least medium to large size, not small ones. Age: 6 years Weight: 37 lbs Temperament: Gets along with dogs her size and larger, all adults and older respectfule kid, no toddlers Training: Housetrained Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative Email for questions:    http://musicadisanto@yahoo.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.August 18, 2026, 7:40 am

Story
We need to find a new home for Oreo because we have a 3 yr old son and she does not get along well with children. We’ve had her for about 5 yrs & before we had a child there was no issue but now it’s just an unsafe situation for both. Now that my son is getting older and more active and more interested in the dog, it’s becoming a more volatile and potentially dangerous situation so we have to make the right choice even if it’s a difficult one. She needs to go to a home with no children and preferably someone who is very active. She loves to play fetch and will snuggle you all day. We don’t really know what breed she is so my best guess is a Dalmatian mix, and is probably about 6 yrs old. She was a rescue so we don’t really know what kind she is or exactly how old she is. She has been a great dog, but I have to make the best choice for my son and really what’s best for her as well. She can be OK with other dogs, as long as they are at least medium to large size, not small ones.

Story
Marlee is a stunning and spirited Dalmatian mix who also happens to be deaf—but that doesn’t slow her down one bit! This high-energy girl is full of life, joy, and enthusiasm. She’s currently in training to learn sign language commands and is picking them up with her signature zest and determination.Marlee is looking for a dedicated and active family who can keep up with her playful energy and continue her training journey. Because she`s deaf, consistency and patience are key to helping her thrive. She’ll need a securely fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and burn off her zoomies.Marlee has been cat tested and isn’t aggressive, but she does love a good chase—playfully, of course! She’d do best in a home where cats are either dog-savvy or not easily startled. If you’re ready for a loving, energetic companion who will reward your efforts with endless affection and tail wags, Marlee might just be your perfect match!Marlee`s adoption fee is $200, which includes her spay, microchip, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm test (if over 9 months old), and kept up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If you are interested in adopting Marlee, you may fill out an application at www.tlcsh.org or you are welcome to make a Match Making appointment to come out and meet her first. We are open Tuesday – Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Story
Hi, I’m Pixie — Professional Snuggler, Part-Time Comedian I may be part German Shorthaired Pointer and part Blue Heeler (with a few mystery sprinkles mixed in), but don’t let that fool you—I’m more of a cuddle-on-the-couch than run-a-marathon kind of girl. At just two years old, I’ve already perfected my skills: loving kids, making friends with other dogs, giving cats their personal space, and keeping your house accident-free. I’ve got the smarts from my Pointer side and the loyalty from my Heeler roots, but what I really bring to the table is warmth. Think of me as your furry weighted blanket with a tail wag. So if you’ve been waiting for the perfect best friend—sweet, social, and snuggly—well… I’m right here. Now let’s go home and claim our spot on the couch. Apply for consideration to adopt at www.ruffdogrescue.org  Please note, we receive a large number of applications. We appreciate your patience as we complete our review processes. A personal interview, reference checks, meet and greet with pet, home visit and a solid vet history are required for adoption.  ##2507063##

Story
My (Braydan's) adoption fee is sponsored by someone who loves me!   With legs for days and fur as soft as velvet, this boy is quite the handsome gentleman. In true gentleman fashion, he loves to take the time to get to know and appreciate you. He is definitely a ladies’ man at heart, but can charm over a patient man.    Braydan is around 6 years old and 60 pounds. He’s a lovely walking companion and also has wonderful house manners. He’s a gentle soul and appreciates other dogs with that same energy, he would like to be the only dog, or have a companion dog that is not over-active. Some of his favorite things include car rides, dental chews, and time spent with his favorite people. Since he thrives in a quieter environment, a home without young children would be ideal.    Could you use a gentleman in your life? Foster OR adopt Braydan.  .           March 7, 2026, 7:49 pm
