Oreo's owner has had her for 5 wonderful years but then the family had a baby and the baby became a toddler and it has all been too much for Oreo, too much unbounded kid, not enough space. She loves to cuddle, loves attention and being petted.  She will let you know if you start to slack off petting her.   She would love an active family with older respectful kids.  She loves to play fetch and to run.  Her trainer suggested agility training as she is incredibly fast and agile.  We think she would thrive on the challenge of a course and competition.  But even if she just went running and hiking with you, she would be an excellent companion who would keep you both motivated. She can be OK with other dogs, as long as they are at least medium to large size, not small ones. I am great with kids and dogs of all sizes! I am a perfect energy level for nearly any home. And estimated to be around 3-4 years old. I’d love kids or dogs in my forever home. Just no cats please. I came from a hoarding case in Alabama and have been in my foster moms home for over a year now, she doesn’t know why and neither do I. I’m very sweet, loving and love to melt into you. I adore kids and I’m a cuddler and will cuddle anytime, anywhere. I love cuddling, sunbathing(I love to lay flat on my back and tan my belly!), playing with my fur siblings and food times, I make my bowl look like it came out of the dishwasher! At bed time I cuddle up with my fur siblings in my foster home on the couch. I am crate trained but my foster mom doesn’t crate me ever, I am very well behaved and house trained. I ride well in the car, I’m a very clean eater, I’m treat motivated and sit with the cutest perked up ears waiting patiently for my treats. My foster family loves to giggle at my play style, when I get super excited playing I spin in a circle.. or a few circles  I have seen a lot of my fosters siblings get their forever homes over the past year, but I’m still here. You know… the designer version for people who LOVE Catahoulas—the brains, the gorgeous coats, the eagerness to learn—but maybe don't have room in their house for the full-size model! Peach weighs… 34 POUNDS. THAT'S IT. She is so ridiculously little that it's almost comical. But don't let that tiny package fool you. Peach is full of personality! Wiggy is the baby of Class 11 at just 9 months old and 39 pounds, and he is ALL puppy — happy, bouncy, goofy, energetic, and always ready to play. Peach and Kirby are his current partners in crime, and he thinks they are just fabulous. He was surrendered to the shelter because he was having accidents in the house. . . at eight months old. We’ll give you a minute. His former family said he’s a German Wirehaired Pointer, and we can definitely see it in that scruffy coat, face, and build. The cream-and-gold coloring is a bit of a plot twist, so who knows what else is mixed in there. Koda is a 6-year-old, 48-lb Catahoula mix with a sweet soul and an energetic spirit. He’s a fun-loving guy who lives for playtime, especially tug-of-war with his favorite humans and a good game of fetch. He also enjoys racing around the yard with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to keep him company (he’s more of a chase-and-run kind of player than a wrestler so far). Koda is affectionate and bonds closely with his people, which means he doesn’t love being left alone for long periods. He’ll thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not, and ideally with another dog to help keep him feeling secure. He can be a little anxious at first, but once he settles in and feels safe, his loving personality really shines. This agile, athletic boy enjoys going on walks, is very food-motivated (treats are the way to his heart!), and already knows sit and listens pretty well. With his intelligence and eagerness, he’d do great continuing to build on his training. Important note: Koda requires a securely fenced yard taller than 4 feet -- he needs a safe space to run, play, and burn off his energy. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and sweet companion who will keep you active and love you wholeheartedly, Koda might just be your perfect match.
