Story
*Courtesy Posting* Meet Bradley, the charming 2-year-old Velcro Doberman in search of his forever home! Bradley is an affectionate companion who thrives on human company. However, he's looking for a special family where someone can be there with him most of the time, as he tends to feel anxious when left alone, sometimes leading to destructive behaviors. While Bradley has a heart of gold, he does need a patient and understanding home willing to help him manage his separation anxiety. He has the potential to befriend other dogs, but introductions at the shelter are necessary to ensure a harmonious match. Once he warms up, Bradley forms deep bonds and becomes incredibly loyal to his loved ones. Bradley is a work in progress when it comes to manners, as he tends to be a bit of a jumper, but with consistent guidance and training, he'll be a well-behaved gentleman in no time. While he's great with cats and farm animals, Bradley would feel most comfortable in a home without younger children (under 10) as their energy makes him anxious. Rest assured, Bradley is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccines, eagerly awaiting the chance to become your faithful companion. If you believe you can offer Bradley the loving and supportive home he deserves, please apply directly to the Humane Society of Yates County, Penn Yan, NY, through our dog adopter survey: https://www.yateshumane.org/dog-adopter-survey

Story
COURTESY POST Meet Oliver! Oliver is a 2-year-old, cropped and docked red male Doberman. Due to his separation anxiety and his dad's increasing travel commitments for work, Oliver finds himself in need of a new, understanding home where his needs can be met with patience and care. Oliver's journey has been one of companionship and love, but it's not without its challenges. He grapples with separation anxiety and can be reactive in certain situations, especially when meeting new people, so slow introductions are a must. Despite his struggles, Oliver is a playful and affectionate companion. He adores nothing more than a game of catch or running around in the yard. He loves his toys and is always ready to engage in playtime with his favorite humans. Oliver will need to be placed in an adult-only home, with someone who is able to be with him the majority of the time. We recommend a home with no young children or small animals. If you think you are interested in Oliver, fill out an application here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DPR/Dog *Please note, Oliver has not been personally evaluated by a representative of DPRPA Kennel License: 14649

Story
Looking for an energetic companion to join your household? Meet Faith, a spirited 5-year-old black and tan female Doberman with natural ears and a docked tail. Faith came to DPRPA seeking a fresh start after experiencing some conflicts with the male dog in her previous home. Therefore, she's looking for a home where she can be the only furry friend. Faith is bursting with energy and is ready to be the perfect companion for an active individual or adult family/home. She loves nothing more than bounding around the yard chasing Frisbees with her foster dad. They've also noticed her fascination with the water's edge during their walks, leading them to believe she might enjoy swimming. Faith can be fearful in new situations and needs a dedicated owner who will help her with slow introductions to new people and environments. To ensure Faith continues to thrive, she needs a home with a large, fenced yard where she can burn off her energy. Her ideal match would be someone dedicated to continuing her training and providing her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. With consistent training and clear boundaries, Faith's confidence will soar, making her the perfect match for someone who shares her zest for life. She is currently in a positive reinforcement camp that comes with post camp training support for her future furever family to help her successful transition into her new home. Faith is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and is located right now in Englewood, NJ. If you feel Faith would be a good fit, please apply: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/DPR/Dog PA Kennel License #14649
