Story
Porsche is an 8 month old 60% Doberman, 11% Hound with a reduced adoption fee. Doing well with crate, house, leash training. Very sweet and social. She will need older/bigger kids just because of her playful energy and bigger dogs if any for the same reason. Fence or leash walks are fine for this girl. She has been returned twice, less than a week in each home, due to no fault of her own. We can't mess this up again for her.

Story
Meet Imani! Imani is a 1 1/2-year-old Doberman-Rottweiler mix with a heart full of potential and love to give. Rescued from a local shelter's euthanasia list nearly a year ago, Imani has blossomed into a lively, affectionate, and active pup who enjoys exploring her boundaries. With clear and consistent communication, she learns quickly and thrives on structure. While Imani can be initially nervous or scared in new places or around unfamiliar noises, she gains confidence with an experienced handler who is willing to invest in her training. With the right guidance, she becomes more confident and will reward you with unwavering trust and respect in your partnership. Imani would do best in a home with another stable dog to show her the ropes and no cats. She isn't the biggest fan of small children but could acclimate to living with older kids if the adults in the home are committed to working with her and advocating for everyone's safety and comfort. If you have the experience, patience, and dedication to help Imani continue her journey, she will undoubtedly become a loyal and loving companion. Could you be the forever home Imani has been waiting for? Story
Duke is our beloved brown Doberman who has been with us since he was a puppy. He is now six years old and was adopted from Ostertag Kennel in VA. He’s an energetic, playful dog who absolutely loves playing fetch and chewing on deer antlers. Duke has mostly lived as the only dog in our home and, while he has been boarded a few times, he’s had limited interaction with other dogs—so his behavior around other dogs is our only unknown. That said, Duke truly believes he’s a lap dog despite his size, and his sweet, goofy personality brings us joy. He’s very well-behaved around the house; he knows not to get on furniture and, when prompted, will avoid rugs and other household areas you'd prefer pets not to be on. Overall, Duke is a relatively low-maintenance and obedient companion. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that our son has a severe allergy to dogs. As a result,we’ve had to separate Duke rom our living spaces, which has significantly limited the time and attention we can give him
