Story
Francis has Canine Dysfunctional Behavior. We have him on medication (Prozac) which is showing improvement in his behaviors but we are unable to keep him in our household. He doesn't like children and we will be having children over very often. It only seems fair to him to get him to a good home with people who can give him exactly what he needs.

Story
Hello friends, my name is Venus. I was wandering the streets for quite some time before I ended up here at the shelter. Do you like to swim? Because I love playing in the water, especially in this Arizona heat! I think I could beat the worlds "Pole Vault" record...I can jump HIGH. I can clear a 6ft fence, or I should be supervised during yard time. I do love my human companionship but if you have a male playful and submissive dog we could have lots of fun. Love and affection from my human is all I want so if you have a home with unconditional love and lots of toys and treats then I would love to meet you. I hope to see you soon.**JUMPER/CLIMBER**

Story
Hello, my name is Dojo. I do best when you take things slow at first but I'm a sucker for treats and with a little patience, I'm a sweetheart! I'm actually an affectionate dog who loves food and would prefer human interaction over playing with toys. I was an outside dog my whole life before coming to the shelter. I do get nervous from big trucks and loud noises. I do know sit and I'm willing to learn more. I have been tested with both dogs and cats, and it seems that I do better being the only animal in your heart and home. I will need some help learning more leash manners and my basic commands and my love of treats will help with all my training needs. If you're looking for a great dog with a lot of spunk then look no further. Come in today and meet me. See you soon!**NO DOGS****NO CATS**

Story
Greetings! My name is Dottie. I am a delightful and entertaining young lady who was brought to the shelter as a stray. I am seeking a second chance at a forever home and I hope that you can help me. I am a quick learner and I know some basic commands. I am also well-behaved on a leash. I am an active girl who absolutely adores playing with tennis balls. I am not one to boast, but I am a professional lizard hunter and it would be great if you could see me in action and maybe give me a treat for my hard work. I have been tested with other animals and have found that I get jealous and do not like to share the spotlight, but I am confident that I would be your perfect furry companion. I would be happiest in a home where I am the only pet. I love nothing more than cuddling and spending time with my humans. So, if you are looking for a loyal and affectionate friend, come on down to the shelter and meet me. I promise you won't regret it!** NO SMALL CHILDREN **** NO OTHER PETS **

Story
Hello friends, my name is Taz. I am a sweet boy looking for my second chance at a forever home. I have been made a lot of progress here at the shelter. I'd love to show you some of my manners once i warm up. I can be shy and startled at first, but when I warm up I am loving and playful. I also enjoy treats and my toys. I would prefer an active home as I love my walks! I can be a little scared with fast movements so I home with mature children or just adults would be the best for me so I can feel safe. I have been tested with other dogs and I find that I prefer dogs to be similar to my size. If you think I would make a great addition to your family, come stop by the shelter and say hi.**Only Animal****CHILDREN MUST BE 15 OR OLDER**
