Story
Meet Kiki, an 8-year-old pit bull with the heart of a gentleman and the soul of an adventurer. He’s the kind of dog who would fit right in at a grand estate, trotting through the halls with a dignified air, perhaps pausing for a belly rub before settling in for a well-earned nap by the fire. He’s refined yet playful, charming yet a little goofy—because even the most distinguished gentlemen have their quirks.Kiki has spent his years perfecting the art of companionship. He adores people and will gladly accept head pats and treats with the grace of a seasoned noble. His warm eyes hold a lifetime of love to give, and he’s hoping to find someone who appreciates both his dignified nature and his occasional bursts of silliness. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with charm, wit, and a touch of old-fashioned elegance, Kiki is your guy. Come meet him at the Key West campus today!

Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Key West, FL *This dog doesn’t belong to ASF and hasn’t been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Cane! He is a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd/Yellow Labrador Retriever mix and weighs 75 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Cane is good with older children! He is nervous around younger children. He hasn’t been tested around cats. No dogs, due to his reactivity! He is housebroken and crate trained. Cane growled and nipped the owner’s son. Once Cane warms up to you and trusts you, he is very loving! The owner is surrendering him because of the nip incident, and he is aggressive towards other dogs. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Cane, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Cane. Owner’s Contact Information: Andrea andreacarraway@yahoo.com

Story
Little Lady is a precious chihuahua with a small bark that cannot compare to her big heart. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people and may vocally let you know, but she is just saying she needs a minute. Once she feels safe, she is the sweetest little girl and will be cuddling in your lap. Lady is at the Key West Shelter, just waiting for her new companion...and snuggles.
