Story
Roman was originally named Poof at the shelter and he was the cutest little poof ball, however I quickly realized he was so strong, physically and -willed. He is extremely smart, and loves a good treat (and when I say loves, I mean he will pull out every trick in the book for one i.e. sit, lay, up, stay, paw, come). His middle name is Fetch because that is his favorite thing to do besides jump. He loves the Jolly Balls and will take the outer ring off of a tennis ball just to turn it into the texture of a Jolly Ball. He LOVES to play and is extremely energetic and needs a yard to play in, however he does love a good belly rub. He loves other dogs, however has trouble learning social cues and not getting in other's faces. He gets along well with cats and likes to try to play with them (if they let, so far, not much luck). Potty training is a work in progress and he does like to mouth/cob people's hands and arms. He hasn't been through formal training at this time and really needs it.

🐾 Meet Roux – Gentle Soul, Playful Heart 🐾 Roux is a beautiful, sweet-natured boy who is looking for a loving forever home. He came from a shelter and can be a little skittish at first, but once he knows you’re safe, his true personality shines. Roux is an absolute cuddle bug who loves being close and soaking up affection. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply once trust is built. Roux gets along wonderfully with other dogs and truly loves to play. He thrives with canine companionship and would be happiest in a home with another friendly dog or an owner who enjoys playtime and outdoor adventures. He also loves to explore and would make a great walking or exploring buddy. ✨ Rouxs Best Qualities: Sweet, gentle, and affectionate A devoted cuddler once he feels comfortable Dog-friendly and playful Curious and loves exploring Loyal and loving when given patience and kindness Roux would do best in a calm, patient home that understands he may need a little time to settle in—but t

Story
Quinn was rehomed to me when she was just a puppy. She was the cutest sweetest little thing. She was BowLegged, but it has completely fixed itself. Quinn used to be an inside dog with lots of love and attention, but with my wife and I work schedules we decided to put her outside with our other two dogs. It hadn’t been until maybe two months ago that she started fighting with my female lab at the time neither was fixed. I decided to go ahead and get Quinn fixed thinking that would help it a little bit and it did not. She ended up fighting with my female again. I decided to bring my female lab inside and she stayed outside with my male lab due to the fact that I have a cat inside and she definitely does not get along with the cat. Quinn has recently fought with my male lab as well. We are completely unsure what is causing the fights we have tried everything and we have finally decided that it’s best if we try and rehome her to someone that has no pets and that can give her all the love.

Story
We have rescued keeny almost 3 - 4 years ago she was hit by a car and the vehicle left her there so we were able to save her life by bringing her to get emergency surgery on her skull. But even though she has went through something tragic she still has life too her and is more than okay around children and other animals.

Story
Meet Page! This handsome 4-month-old Pocket Pitty mix is on the lookout for a forever family to call her own. Like all puppies, Page loves playtime (with sister Laurie), snack time, and nap time in equal measure. She is almost house training and learning basic commands... she’s a smart pup, that should not take long. Page is very active (that is, when she is not sleeping) and enjoys running and playfighting with her sister, Laurie, who is also for adoption. These 2 puppies live in a foster home with several adult dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes, which helps with doggie socialization. - Watch them saying hello to their house mates here: *** https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILYBU-DefFw *** - or playfight *** https://youtu.be/ZHGT9mq3XZQ *** This beautiful pup is up to date on her shots, on heartworm prevention and spayed. She will thrive in a home that understands the Pit Bull breed and who can dedicate the time and patience to training and exercise. (Sorry, we limit the adoptions to a 60 mile range from Opelousas, LA.) Please fill out an adoption application and we will contact you shortly: https://tinyurl.com/WCFdog4adoption
