Story
🐾 Meet Roady Roady is a sweet, gentle dog with a big heart. He is loyal, affectionate, and loves to cuddle& especially during a cozy movie night. He also enjoys playing fetch and spending time outside. He does well on a leash, is very trainable, and likes having a routine. Roady is eager to please and forms strong bonds with the people around him. Because of a recent move and downsizing, along with some major life changes, we are unable to give Roady the space and activity he needs. This decision was not easy, but it comes from wanting what’s best for him. Roady would do well in a home where he can enjoy being outdoors, get regular exercise, and still have plenty of time to relax and cuddle. He is a loving companion who would fit nicely with someone looking for both play and calm moments.

Story
Meet Ginger, a beautiful female Chesapeake Bay retriever mix, with brilliant yellow-amber eyes and a distinctive brindled coat; estimated DOB 07/07/2017, currently weighing 55 lbs. She bonds incredibly strongly with her `special person` and stays by your side. She is a very loyal companion content with just hanging out next to you. She enjoy retrieving her special toy and basking in the sun when outdoors. Ginger knows all basic commands and is very obedient, even has had professional training. She loves children and gentle with them. She used to go on daily walks with her prior owner, a great walking partner and also enjoyed hiking and kayaking. She is housebroken and crate trained, although does not really need to be crated if the only pet. Ginger would flourish best in a home as the only pet as she does not like to share food nor toys with other animals. Please complete the online Adoption Application today if you have room in your heart and family for a loyal companion and forever friend. Read the adoption requirements and apply @ https://www.arfla.org/info/adoption. Feel free to email her prior Foster Mom @ judy.arfla@gmail.com if you have any questions. Updated 07/15/2025.

They say I am a sweet and silly girl; I can be a bundle of fun with a happy tail. I know sit, down and come. I am eager to please, so I learn quickly. My 3 favorite past times are snuggling with my special person, taking walks and taking naps. I even get along well with cats. I am crate-trained, and house broken. If you have room in your heart and family for a silly bundle of love, please ask about me today. My new owners must understand how to be a good consistent pack leader. Oh, I also must have a secured fenced in yard. Apply to adopt me @ http://www.arfla.org/info/adoption Updated: 05/12/2022
