Story
Sycamore is such a sweet and loving guy! He loves to hang out and cuddle or relax while going for drives in the car.He is food motivated, so food needs to be secured away from reach. He is super smart and eager to please. He would enjoy someone who can take him on walks, hikes or runs.He does really well in a large kennel in the garage for nighttime or when leaving the house. In fact, he feels more secure in a kennel than being loose when family is away from home. His owner had a recent critical medical event and is unable to continue to care for him.

Story
HI - I'M JAX! I'm a 6-year-old male Greyhound-Pittie-Shepherd mix, in need of a foster or forever home. I'm such a quirky dog! I would be a great companion for an active person who wants a mix of a couch potato and active canine pal. I'm a funny dude with a handsome face and long legs. I love to run and play, and I love my toys, too. I'm loyal to my person in a huge way, so need someone who will be patient with me while I acclimate to my new life. I would be great in a home that can provide me some love and attention. I do fine with most dogs, but would also thrive as an only dog. I'm not a fan of going to the vet! I've been waiting for years for a forever home, and I keep getting overlooked, probably because I'm an unusual combination of dog breeds. I weight only 57 lbs. If you can foster or adopt me, please email for an application. I'm currently still in Southern California, but can be transported to you in Montana. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET ROMEO, a handsome, loyal, protective Black Mouth Cur. Romeo is a gorgeous 6-1/2-year-old male, and he weighs about 74 lbs. (His shelter paperwork says shepherd-boxer mix). Romeo loves to walk, hike and be with his person or people. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who loves to hike and go on exciting journeys! Romeo is a great guard dog and can be protective with people he does not know, so would do best in a non-congested area where neighbors aren't a concern. Romeo also has a prey drive, so needs a strong owner. He has done great with other dogs in a home setting. He's incredibly smart, affectionate, and will attach to his person or people. His bond is very strong. He is not a big fan of kids. Romeo is easy to groom, is playful, and loves a good belly rub! He will benefit from exercise, and people who understand his breed. He's currently in California but can be transported to Montana. Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M SHEENA, a petite 5-1/2-year-old shepherd-mix girl in need of a foster or forever home. I weigh only about 30 lbs! I was rescued from a scary California shelter awhile back, and that was my lucky day as I was scared there. I am a shy but sweet dog. Once I trust you, I will be your golden girl. I love, love, love human attention and affection, and giving hugs. (We have videos!) Change is a bit hard for me, so I need someone patient and understanding in the beginning. I would do best in a quiet home with an adult or adults who will love me and give me time to feel secure and bond. I get along fine with some dogs but would also thrive as the only dog in the home, where I can get all the focus and attention. I am very deserving of a home and am a sweet, affectionate girl. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to you in Montana. Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M VAIL! I'm a loving 5-1/2-year old small Pit Bull Terrier-Bully girl in need of a foster or forever home. I'm white as snow and hence I was named after Vail, Colorado! I have a lot of good traits... I love people and am quite the snuggler. I also love my crate, and would gladly sleep in it at night (though would probably prefer your bed.) I'm not destructive in the house and am overall a joy to have around. I'm also quite playful. There are a few things to work on still. At about 45 lbs., I'm a small but strong girl, and could use some leash training. I'm also best as an only dog in the house, where I can get all of the love and attention, as I'm not a fan of other dogs. I'd love a warm bed, a person or people to love me and a chance to go for a walk, hike or road trip! Can you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in Washington but can be transported to Eastern Washington. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET FRANCO & BRIE, two adorable 1-1/2-year-old French Bulldog mixes in need of a foster or forever home. These two are very bonded, and are likely brother and sister. They weigh about 30 lbs each. (Their paperwork may say shepherd mix but they both have Frenchie ears.) Both of them are timid/scared of new people, so they need adopters who can be patient and let them come out of their shells and bond to you. They are cute as a button and a wonderful size. They love to play together (see video). If you can adopt this precious pair, please email for an application. They are both in California but can be transported to you in Montana.
