Contact BHA today to arrange to meet your furry friend! (406) 446-3500 or info@beartoothhumane.orgGive Chance a Chance!MEET CHANCE: Chance is a lovable pup looking for a warm and caring forever home. He’s been a model resident at his foster’s house—house-trained, friendly with other dogs, and completely unfazed by the livestock around him. Chance can be a little shy at first, but then he quickly warms up and is all about having fun with his favorite humans. He would thrive with a fenced-in backyard to play in, and Chance is a champ on the leash, making walks a breeze. If you’re ready to share your life with a sweet companion, Chance is your guy! Story
Rain is a very sweet young dog. She is a year and a half half old. We got her from a family member when she was 9 weeks old. She needs an active home where she can go on hikes or runs. She does not come to her name so she will need to be on a leash. She has killed some of my guinea hens and she goes after one of my cats but leaves the others alone or tries to play with them. She is in a home with 3 other dogs that are older and she just wants to play. She is a lot of dog at first when she plays but if you know what to watch for or have a dog that can handle a hyper dog she would love a playmate. She loves chew bones and toys. She is kennel trained and she is fine alone at home but she will get into the garbage can. I have a 5 month old grandson and she is good with him but you have to watch she can get a little to excited. You absolutely CAN NOT trim her nails. She has to be sedated for it. Don’t even try. She loves to sleep with you in the chair or the bed.

Story
This girl needs someone who loves and knows that training time invested is time well spent. Her only 'fault' is no one showed her how to be the best dog she can be. She knows how to learn, can sit and loves attention. She will give back what is put into her tenfold!
