Story
We adopted Zoey from a shelter in Houston in May of 2022 when she was about 6 months old. At the time, I was mostly a stay-at-home mom and in school, and we had another dog and three cats, all of whom she did well with. From the beginning, Zoey has been a bit scared and skittish, but once she feels safe and builds trust, her sweet and loving personality really shines through. Zoey is an incredibly affectionate dog with a lot of energy. She loves to run, play, and be active, and she would thrive in a high-pace household where she can spend lots of time outdoors and go on adventures. Since moving to Montana, both of us now work full-time, and we no longer have the time she truly deserves to burn off her energy and fully enjoy life. She can be a little fearful around men at first, and we suspect she may have experienced abuse before we adopted her, but with patience and consistency, she does warm up and becomes very loyal. Zoey is best described as sweet, energetic, and sensitive.

Story
Artemis is the sweetest girl a fella could ask for. She is the biggest cuddle bug ever and loves nothing more than to get head scratches and butt pats. She absolutely loves to get out and go on any type of adventure and has had positive interactions with other dogs...as long as there isn't a fence between them or a leash on them. Then she loves to shout! She's been working hard on her manners though, and loves meeting new people. She likes to pretend she's shy at first, but once you give her a pat, she'll be your best friend. She's lived in a home with cats and another dog for a few years now and loves to play with her brother dog! She pays the cats no mind, unless they try to cuddle when she's cuddling! Artemis has been and is a wonderful companion and I'm devastated to see her leave. They only reason for a rehome is I'm moving a long way away and I can't bring my pet family with me. She deserves a wonderful home where she can get all of the cuddles possible!

Story
Pan is an excellent boy who has positive interactions with other dogs in the past. He's lived with a female dog and two cats for a few years. Smartest dog I've ever had and loves to take walks around stores to meet new people! He is always eager for a new job and spends his time protecting the house from his "Ghosts"; (Anything walking upstairs.) One of the best companions I've ever had and distraught to see him go. I'm moving to a far off location and he and his sister can't come with me. I just want to make sure he gets to a good family.

Story
Meet Cosmo, aka Cosmo-nado - the lovable whirlwind of joy you didn't know you needed! 🌪️✨This young, large mixed-breed boy is basically a burst of cosmic energy wrapped in fur. Cosmo lives life at full speed and with his whole heart. He doesn't quite realize how big he is, and when excitement hits, he may celebrate with an enthusiastic body slam (think: joyful linebacker). Because of that, we're recommending a home with older kids who can handle his big, bouncy love.Cosmo is smart and eager, and he's already working on learning how to walk nicely on leash. He'll thrive with a family committed to continuing his training - consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement will help this bright boy shine. With guidance, he's going to be an absolute superstar. He's an active guy who would love an adventurous home - hikes, long walks, backyard play sessions, he loves uses his nose, maybe even a little dog sport in his future. Cosmo also really enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely love a playful canine companion. That said, his enthusiasm can be a bit much for some pups, so any potential dog siblings should be ready for his big-energy play style. If you're looking for a loyal sidekick with endless zoomies, a heart as big as the universe, and enough love to knock you off your feet (literally), Cosmo-nado is ready to sweep into your life.Ready to hold onto your hats? Come meet Cosmo! 🌟 Primary Color: Brindle Secondary Color: White Chest Weight: 56.25 Age: 1yrs 4mths 2wks

Story
Meet Achilles 💙This handsome senior large mixed-breed boy has already fought his battles - and won. When Achilles first came to us, he was in rough shape. He arrived beat up, his ears bleeding, his coat dull, and a few loose teeth causing him discomfort. It was clear he hadn't had an easy road. But like his legendary namesake, Achilles proved he's stronger than anything life throws at him.Today, his ears carry only faint scars - reminders of how far he's come. His coat is now shiny and soft, his painful loose teeth are gone, and he carries himself with a quiet confidence that only comes from resilience. Most importantly, his spirit has never stopped shining.Achilles is a gentle, soulful senior who still has plenty of pep in his step. He's ready to bounce into a home of his own - one filled with soft beds, kind hands, and people who see the hero he truly is. He's the kind of dog who will lean into you for comfort, wag his tail in gratitude for the smallest kindness, and offer loyal companionship in return for love.Senior dogs like Achilles have a special kind of magic. They're past the puppy chaos, grateful for every cozy moment, and devoted beyond measure. All he's missing now is a family to call his own.If you're looking for a resilient, loving best friend who will treasure you as much as you treasure him, Achilles is ready to write his next chapter - and he hopes it's with you Primary Color: Black - White Weight: 68 Age: 12yrs 1mths 0wks
