Story
Hi there! I'm George, and I'm looking for a special someone to give me a loving home. I am an adult dog with lots of love to give, and I'm hoping to find a family that can give me all the love and care I need. I love my human friends, and I promise to be your very best friend if you can give me a chance! If you're interested in meeting me, please keep in mind that I am an adult dog, and although I have a lot of energy, I may be a bit set in my ways. I would love an adopter who can show me the love and patience I need to settle in and feel safe. Don't you think I'm just the sweetest thing you've ever seen? I sure think so! I can't wait to meet my forever family.

Story
Sadie was dumped at my elderly Mother's home. She was pregnant. She had 7 healthy puppies. She was a good mother and was very good with and intuitive with my mother who had Alzheimer's. My mother loved Sadie and her puppies. I moved from my home to live with my mother and care for her. I continue to live at her home caring for Sadie and her 4 year old puppy, Rowdy. The vet thinks Sadie is approximately 6-7 years old.. Sadie minds, knows the commands to sit, lay down, wait for a treat, belly rub, no and go for a ride. She was very protective with Mom and tried to keep her from falling. I took her to the nursing home to visit Mom. The patients and staff loved her. She lights up when she hears children. Sadie has been an outside country dog while living with us but might have lived inside in her former life. She is a very calm, loving and polite dog.. It breaks my heart, but I need to move back to my home in town. My yard is not large enough for the needs of a large dog. .
