Story
This pretty girl would prefer to be the only cat in the house. She enjoys being pet when she climbs in your lap, is a fan of popcorn and catnip, and enjoys playing with toys (balls, mice). She needs to be the queen of her castle. Displays signs of fearful aggression. Adopted her from an owner who said that she was stressed due to having two loud teenagers at home. She had a brother, but was not bonded with him. Tried, unsuccessfully, to integrate her into my multi-cat home. She is currently in a separate room, alone, away from the other cats, and is content.

Story
Ransom is a sweet-as-pie 2 year old male neutered cat. He is very shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly once he's comfortable in his environment. Once he adjusts, he's super affectionate and and seeks out attention and his person or people. He's a lap kitty and loves to sit on laps and snuggles behind knees when sleeping with his humans in bed. He likes to play with feather toys, loves smooches on his nose and face and loves to cuddle. He's not so much a lap cat as a *next to your lap* cat. He loves to cuddle behind your knees while sleeping or between his adoring fans on the couch for TV time. Ransom also loves getting his luscious locks brushed. He has special needs as he will be maintained on medication life-long for feline asthma and anxiety as well as a special diet for urinary health. He's been very cooperative and easy to give medications to. He will be provided with a year's supply of medication which is not expensive at all. He will also come with a at least three months of his special food. He's not a big fan of other cats and would prefer to be an only child in his new home. A quieter home is the best situation for him. He wants to be your prince and he's looking for his kingdom! He hasn't been around dogs, but if the dog is respectful, gentle, and leaves him alone, he would probably be ok. Most cats are like this, so with proper introduction and time, he could most likely handle a canine sibling.Ransom is in our Foster-to-Adopt Program because we believe if someone will take a chance on this boy, they will fall in love with him. He's purr-fectly imperfect, as we all are, and he deserves a chance to have a home of his own. We know that there is someone out there reading this and thinking: I can do this. I can give this kitty a home and a second chance! We hope it's you!For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

Story
Moonshadow is a gentle girl. She enjoys playing with her foster friends and climbing in the cat tree. Hiding in cardboard boxes are a fun way to scare the other kitties. 🐾She is not a big player, but takes her time getting comfortable in any situation. She likes to watch what all the cats are doing before she joins in the play. She will come to her foster mom for some pets and maybe a little cat nap. She is a sweet girl and should do good in most any calm home.😻For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

Story
My name is Felix, and my foster mom says I am very handsome, smart, and something called a "pistol". I love playing with my toys, balls with bells, feather toys, and interactive toys are my favorites.  Oh and tunnels, we can't forget tunnels. Now that the leaves are falling, I sit in my chair by the window and watch them, along with birds and squirrels. I really love my doggy foster sibling and would love a puppy dog of my own, but having a young to middle-aged cat brother or sister is good too. I sometimes have too much energy for an older adult cat and can make myself a pest. I might be too much for younger children because I can get a little rough while playing, and I don't mean to, but older children might be best for me. I can be mischievous, and I like to explore and be adventurous, but I will always come back to you for love and attention. I have tested negative for FeLV/FIV.   I have been neutered and am up to date with my rabies and other vaccinations. ##2377421##

Story
Meet Kamara – A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Forever Home 🐾Kamara is an 8-year-old cat with a heart full of love and a quiet spirit. She’s a timid little lady who finds comfort in cozy corners and small spaces, making her the perfect companion for apartment living. If you’re someone who appreciates the quiet joys of life and the soft purring of a feline friend, Kamara might just be your ideal match. She’s not one for high-energy antics—Kamara prefers making biscuits on blankets with her delicate paws when she's ready for some interaction with her humans. Her shy nature means she’ll need a bit of time and patience to truly come out of her shell, but once she does, you’ll find a loyal and loving companion who cherishes calm and connection.Kamara thrives in peaceful environments and would do best in a home without other cats. She’s looking for a serene space, ideally with an older single person or a family with older children who understand the beauty of quiet companionship. Her gentle demeanor makes her a soothing presence in any home. She absolutely loves being petted around her neck and will melt into your hand to ensure you reach just the right spot. She's not one for playtime, just yet. That might come as she gets more and more comfortable, but she spends most of her day being observant of what is going on in the house. She is very respectful of sleeping humans and doesn't wake them up or jump on the bed until she notices that everyone is awake. She is perfect with the litter box but prefers to wait until night time when she feels safest. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a sweet, soft-spoken feline who will reward your kindness with quiet affection and cozy cuddles, Kamara is waiting to meet you.Give Kamara the loving home she deserves—she’s ready to be your new best friend. For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/
