Story
Meet Cleo (Female, Calico) & her bonded brother Petra (Male, Orange Tabby)! These beautiful gentle cats are just under 5 years old. Cleo and Petra were unfortunately returned to us due to a divorce. They are very sweet cats. Petra is very affectionate and Cleo likes her pets too. Their foster mom says they particularly love their playtime in the morning! Petra & Cleo are used to a more mature home and have done well with grandchildren visits. They did live with dogs and other cats in the past and did just fine. Petra & Cleo are neutered/spayed, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FELV. If you have room in your heart and your home for this sweet beautiful pair contact us here, email heartstohomesfelines@gmail.com or fill out an application at www.heartstohomes.ca. The adoption fee is $400 for the pair.

Story
Felicity is a 3-year-old dilute tortie with beautiful medium-length fur and a sweet, thoughtful nature. She’s a bit of a nervous gal at first and prefers a calm, quiet environment where she can take things at her own pace. New situations can feel big to her—but give her time, patience, and a peaceful space, and she slowly begins to bloom. Once Felicity feels safe, her true self shines through: a lovely, gentle companion who enjoys quiet company and the comfort of familiarity. She’s the kind of cat who will reward kindness with trust, and whose affection feels extra special because you’ve earned it. If you have a serene home, a patient heart, and room for a cat who just needs a little time to feel secure, Felicity could be a beautiful addition to your life. Please complete an adoption application: https://www.hamilton.ca/home-neighbourhood/animals-pets/adopt-or-foster-pet/adoptions Animal adoptions and viewing are by appointment only. This allows our Adoption Staff to spend quality time with each potential home to ensure the most successful matches are made between the animals and their new families. *Please note: we only adopt within Ontario

Story
Wendyll and his brothers were found surviving outdoors. He was the first to start to trust humans, however cautiously. He prefers to sit and watch the wrestlng matches and games of chase, and meal times are a favorite! He enjoys being brushed and will need a forever home with time to brush to keep his fluffy coat looking sleek and healthy. He is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on his vaccines and will come with a voucher for his neuter at 6 months, done in Woodstock at our vet. To facilitate the neuter surgery, applications from locations within half an hour distance from Woodstock will be considered. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. Please help us get the kitties to their forever homes by respecting these guidelines!
