Hi, my name is Tango and I would love to meet you. I have been at the shelter since Apr 10, 2024. My ideal relationship is a long-distance one. You may not see me all the time, but you are always on my mind! I enjoy keeping my own schedule, which involves monitoring what’s happening outside the window and napping in a sunny spot.

Story
Kemina is on the small side, sweet and sassy. I call her 'Mina' or 'Meany Bean' when she pesters her brothers. She is pretty shy around people, and steers clear of the little ones. She loves cheese (we give it to her as a snack on occasion). She loves to play in and chew on paper bags. She also chews on cardboard boxes and her cardboard scratcher (which she also loves to scratch on). She originally was an indoor kitty (litterbox trained) but then became an indoor/outdoor cat and currently does all her business outside. Mina has no bad habits. Ask me about her :) Mina has no bad habits. Ask me about her :)

Story
Solomon is a male neutered domestic medium hair. He’ll be four in May. Got him when he was a kitten. He’s a very sweet and playful cat. He does well with other cats, kids, and dogs (if they tolerate cats). He likes toys that have bells or make crinkling noises. He also likes to climb and watch birds from the window. He has a benign heart murmur but it doesn’t affect his ability to play and be silly. He is free fed and very treat motivated, loves pill pockets. He doesn’t like water so unfortunately baths are out of the question, but he will tolerate professional grooming with gabapentin. He only drinks water from a cat fountain which I can provide upon adoption. He loves to sit on your lap and follow you around. In the morning when he knows you’re awake he’ll follow you to the bathroom and hang out with you. I’m rehoming him because his needs aren’t being met living with me, my schedule makes it difficult. He needs an experienced owner with other cats his age.

Story
Aria is a sweet cat who is very timid. She will probably hide for a couple days upon adoption. After she is more comfortable she will rub up against you and sleep near you on your bed. Aria is a little bossy of my other car so we are choosing to rehome her. She is 4yrs and 9mo old.

Stray kitty, has been coming around for 6 months, during cold weather we let her in to stay warm, she pretty much sleeps on a blanket on a patio chair in the house, very friendly, uses litter box. Very sweet kitty. We are just not able to keep a kitty full time.

Story
We got Belle from the humane society about 8 years ago and she was approximately 2 years old then. She was very scared of everything and it took a long time to earn her trust but now she is like a completely different cat! She’s never been aggressive she just hides when scared but now she wants all the love and attention! She does good with everyone she just wouldn’t do good with younger kids trying to play with her because she’s so skittish but she does just fine if everyone is calm. She’s been an only pet so I’m not sure how well she does with other animals. She needs a new home because my daughter is allergic and it’s only getting worse.

Story
Muffin is 10 years old. She’s a fantastic cat. She loves to lay at the foot of the bed and will come up to you whenever your in bed, especially when you’ve first woken up, and ask you for pets by head butting and will continue to headbutt you until she’s had her fill of pets. She’s a very calm cat. She loves to sit in the window and bask in the sun and watch birds and squirrels. I unfortunately need to find a new home for her because she doesn’t get along with my other cat that I adopted first. The other cat is very playful and always wants to be in Muffin’s space and Muffin doesn’t like for her to be her space and is constantly stressed out and fighting with the other cat. I’m sure that she would do well with other cats/pets like to just chill and not always play around and be in each others spaces. Muffin was declawed before I got her so she needs to be an indoor cat or be on a leash while outside.

Story
Hooligan is a 7 month old male domestic medium hair sweetheart kitty. His life started out rough and was found with his siblings at a school at 3 weeks old. They were taken in, bottle fed and raised together in a loving home. We adopted him at 8 weeks old and have kept him as an indoor cat. He gets along very well with our little dog and kids, loves to snuggle on our laps and enjoys playing with his kitty toys. He has only been an indoor cat but is very curious about going outside. We are rehoming him because we live on a busy street and am afraid that if he escapes, he will run in the street. Hooligan is a great kitty and is looking for a loving home.
