Story
Claude is a sweet and lovey little man. He is currently in a foster home getting extra attention! He was nervous for the first week in his foster home, but once he had a breakthrough he was asking for pets and love constantly. He's one of those cats who likes to pet themselves - rubbing all around you and pushing his head into your hand. He absolutely loves head pets and scratches and will flop around kneading in the air. He's obsessed with his Churu treats! He'll grab the treat if you try to take it away before he's gotten every morsel of treat from it. Claude is a very chatty boy and loves to talk to everyone in the house. Claude may take some time to settle into his new surroundings, but with patience, love and plenty of treats, he'll be your BFF soon enough! This cat is currently in a foster home and unavailable for adoption at the adoption center. If you want to learn more about this cat, please email us at fosteradoptions@seattleareafelinerescue.org. Story
Jasper is a very sweet cat. We’ve had him since a kitten. Unfortunately we have not been able to give him as much attention since we had our 2 year old and he had a few accidents outside of the litter box since he was born. Since our second child was born 5 months ago he has been stressed and peeing outside of his litter box much more. Previously he was well trained with the litter box. He has been evaluated by the vet with no medical reasons for the litter box problems. Since we can’t get rid of our kids to fix the problem we unfortunately will need to regime him. He is a sweet cat and will snuggle in the evenings. And he will still happily play with toys when engaged.

Liam is a gorgeous kitty ready to fill your day with playtime and cuddles! Although shy to start, he turns into a giant kitten once he settles in. He has done well with other cats and would probably enjoy having another social cat in the home. If you like chatty brown tabbies with wispy ear hair, Liam may be the cat for you!

The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.Hi I'm Loki! I am a really sweet boy, but am pretty scared and timid at the moment. I love to find a cozy spot to sleep during the day, and love exploring and playing at night time. You will have to be pretty patient with me, but over time I am sure I will open up. I have never tried biting, but will sometimes growl if you enter my space without an invite. I grew up with other cats, so I think I would be ok with other cats, if given a slow proper intro.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal.
