Domestic Shorthair kittens & cats in Loomis, California

Lenny is a very sweet cat. He is friendly with other cats and likely would do well with a calm, quiet dog. He has a quirky personality and is very playful and loving. Lenny was found wandering the streets dragging a hind leg from an old severe femur fracture. When he was found he was starving, covered in fleas, ticks, and severely anemic. Over the past month he had his leg amputated and has been nursed back to health. He is shy but very sweet and loves belly rubs and attention. He prefers a quiet home as he is still adjusting to getting to live indoors. Now he has doubled his weight and is fat and happy. He is ready for a home!

APPROVAL: If adoption is approved, a contract and adoption fee to cover veterinary costs will be required. You will be given medical files. TIME FRAME: Based on volunteer availability, it is possible for all adoption steps to be completed the same day, however, it is not guaranteed. Please note that occasionally a home check, vet records/references, etc may be required and multiple people may be interested in the same cat(s) so additional time may be necessary. You are also welcome to get the kitten an appointment with your own veterinarian at your expense prior to adoption, just be aware that may delay the adoption by several days. Oscar is a beautiful fluffy boy looking for his new home. His previous owners called him an affectionate lap cat. He is a little nervous with loud noises or sudden movements, so we think he would do best with older children in his home. She is required to go to an adult only home, as sometimes she can get too excited when pet. Etta is FIV positive, therefore she needs to be indoor only.
