Story
Age: 10 months old Gender: Female Breed: Domestic shorthair cat Weight: 7.5 lbs Personality: Miss RuPaul was found in a parking lot in Mississippi at just a couple weeks old and then was flown to TAP. She is very friendly and energetic. She loves to play and make biscuits on her fuzzy blanket. Like all babies she loves food and attention and if you’ve got those you’re good in her book! She is dog and kitty friendly and most likely good with kids (haven't met them yet). Education: She wears a diaper as she is incontinent. Favorite Activities: Playing with any toys but especially strings Looking for: A home where she will have toys and people to give her attention. Ideally no stairs she will need to go up or down. She is so full of love and playfulness. She is fearless and brings so much joy to the home she is in. She may look different but inside she is the exact same as any other kitten. If you need a ray of sunshine that’s Ru Paul! Special needs: Her back legs are paralyzed and she wears a diaper because she can not control when she goes to the bathroom. Paraplegic, suspect secondary to spinal trauma. No pain and no surgical intervention is needed. Adoption Fee: $ 50 ##2210441##

Story
Hello, I’m Camden! I was a young mama cat that raised five kittens out on the streets. These kittens were trapped and adopted out by a shelter. When I was fixed, I was supposed to return back outside. My trapper noticed that I enjoyed the company of people and brought me inside to foster. I enjoy a window perch, wet food treats, and playing with my circular track toy with a golf ball spinning around in it. I love to chase the ball and can stop it on a dime. I can be protective of my own safety around other cats being on the streets all my life, I am not sure if I would enjoy the company of other cats yet.I am soo excited for my life indoors with my forever home!

Indoor life is still new to me, but I’m liking it more every day.My Social LifeOther cats: I enjoy the company of other kittens and playful cats and would love a feline friend.Dogs: I haven’t met dogs yet, so slow, calm introductions would be best.Kids: I may do well with older, gentle mini humans who understand how to interact kindly with kittens. My PersonalityA curious little “wild cutie” who’s still settling into indoor life. I’m learning to trust and explore at my own pace, and with patience and love, my confident and affectionate side will continue to emerge.I Enjoy…Warm beds and cozy nap spotsRegular meals (a big fan already!)Exploring my surroundings as I gain confidenceGentle interactions that help me feel safePlaytime with other kittensI’m Not a Fan Of…New situations can be a little overwhelming at first. Loud noises or being rushed aren’t my favorite, but I do best with calm energy and patience. What Makes Me SpecialMy classic orange tabby coat and adventurous spirit make me stand out. Watching me grow from a cautious outdoor kitten into a happy indoor companion is something truly special. My Perfect HomeI’m looking for a home that understands kittens do best with a buddy! Story
How this pet arrived:This pet was brought in by a community member on September 20, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Say hello to Boqwuinta, a sweet kitty with lots of purrsonality! Boqwuinta is a confident, playful boy searching for a home with lots of toys, loving attention and a comfy bed. He enjoys being pet and cuddling up with his people on the couch and is especially fond of chasing after balls or wand toys. His foster family has described him as friendly, gentle and talkative - especially when he's asking for food or affection! Speaking of food, we suspect Boqwuinta has a food allergy, but he's on a prescription diet that has helped manage this condition and should be continued after adoption. If you're looking for a kitty companion who's truly the whole package, inquire about adopting Boqwuinta today! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: Red Tabby Weight: 15.9 Age: 10yrs 8mths 3wks
