Story
Hi there! My name is Feyd. I came to RASKC as a stray and now I`m looking for a new home. I`m a Dutch Shepherd! If you`ve never heard of us, please do a little research so we can get off on the right paw. I`m a very shy boy which is pretty typical for my breed. However, when I get to know a person, I am an absolute velcro dog and very sweet. I`m a big leaner - I love to lean into my person and get all the pets and reassurance. I can be scared in new situations, I need more socialization and a family that will advocate for my personal space while I gain confidence and learn the world is so not scary. I am crazy smart! I learned my new name in just a day and impressed everyone with picking up commands like `come`, `sit` and `stay` very quickly. Dutch Shepherds are a highly trainable but sensitive breed that will do best in active homes with families dedicated to training and socialization. I would love someone who can teach me lots of commands and games, take me for long walks, hikes or swims, and spend time lounging with me when all the work is done. I am currently 52lbs but I`m a lanky, awkward teen and will continue to grow and gain weight as I get a bit older. I will likely be around 60-65lbs when I am done growing and filling out.My personality color is BLUE. I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

Meet Zeus💜 When an Adogs staff visited Korean city Shelter, Zeus was hiding behind another dog with wagging his tail. He's calm and quiet! He waits calmly in his crate, and he doesn't bark. He's not afraid of people's touch, but he's still very awkward with them! He's a gentle boy and never nips! 🥰 He gets along well with other dogs at the Adogs Center, but he's not very interested in them.🤣 *Health record: He is missing his left ear congenitally, but it doesn’t affect his hearing at all! * Finished heartworm treatment. (Retest is needed)

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Juno! This beautiful boy is ready to find his forever home. He is a 3-year-old, 55 lb Shepherd mix. Juno will need an active family, he would make a great hiking partner. He walks well on leash and will need a family that can continue working on obedience with him. Juno can be selective about other dogs and would probably do best as the only dog in the home. He is not tested with cats. He is not a city dog and will need a home outside the city with a fenced yard to run and play. No apartments. Juno is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400.

Story
She was found in the middle of nowhere, in the bones, and with too much fear, she tried to bite us until she could understand that we were not going to hurt her, we just wanted to help her, and she got on her belly, letting me know that she trusted me. She is a really sweet, intelligent, loving dog, she has too much love to give, and she needs to receive even more. She is a very loyal dog, and tends to dance with her front paws when she gets excited. She gets excited when she goes for a walk, she likes to see new places and sometimes she is a little shy at first with strangers but she understands quickly when people don't want to hurt her. On the contrary when she knows that people are a threat to her or to you, she is very protective. She gets along well with very few male dogs, she is dominant and does not usually play with other dogs, but she gets along very well with adults and children, she would be ideal for a family with small children, she knows how to measure her strength, and she is not at all rude with babies. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

These pups are in Gig Harbor, Washington too!
