A 2-year-old, 36-pound mix of Feist and Terrier, Lulu came to us from a hoarding situation. She's a lovely dog with a sweet personality who, upon first meeting can be shy, but will warm up quickly. She loves being stroked and loved; in fact, she's very affectionate. We think she's grateful that we brought her into rescue with us. She's been treated for heartworm and is ready to go home with you! How about it? Show her what a real home is like! (posted 12/29/25, ME) NO CATS, PLEASE. Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. He craves attention and loves being around people, always seeking out affection and playtime. However, his assertiveness can sometimes lead to him bullying less dominant or submissive dogs. Penny is a 5 month old female Feist mix who weighs around 20 lbs. She is a very sweet, outgoing and friendly puppy. She is quite smart and should be easy to train. Penny was house trained in her previous home but may need need a little help getting back into a routine. Penny is good with children, adults and other dogs. We are unsure how she would do with cats.
