Cash is 6 years old and has been a great companion to me. I've had him since he was 8 weeks. He grew up with a female Golden and female Great Dane. I have recently remarried and will be moving soon. My wife has two dogs and two cats. Cash does not get along well with the younger smaller dog. We are afraid Cash may hurt him as they fight often when together. Cash is very happy, friendly, and loves human affection. I have 3 grandchildren that he plays well with. Cash talks and sings a lot as Huskies do. He loves to play fetch and walks well on a leash with harness. He loves his fenced in back yard and does well with large dogs. He is always happy and content with his treats, toys, and bones.

Cain is 1.5 year old German Shepherd Husky male. He is kind and super loving. He is great with my kids their ages are 7, 9, and 13. He does show a protective side by barking when unknown people or animals are close. He has never shown aggression. He is house trained and crate trained however he is not always great with a crate. He can sit, lay and come. He likes to play with toys and chase a ball. The only reason we have to rehome is due to housing issues of our own and we could not find a place that allowed his breed in our area.

Born with congenital megaesophagus, he’s learned that a little extra care simply means a little extra love—and he handles his routine like an absolute champion. Rex requires lifelong management, including eating several small, high-quality meals each day (he’s thriving on The Farmer’s Dog) while positioned upright on a step stool, along with medication twice daily—morning and late afternoon—and regular veterinary care. While megaesophagus can present challenges, Rex refuses to let it define him. He greets every day with joy, a wagging tail, and an eagerness to be close to his people. And what a companion he is. Rex is house trained, highly intelligent, and wonderfully well-behaved—so trustworthy he doesn’t even need to be crated when left alone.
