She does love to roll in the snow. -has never been crated (except at the shelter 4 years ago) -barks at strangers. Has never lunged or snapped at a human. -Timid with strangers, especially men. -Great with kids and babies. -Excellent guard dog for your home without being a threat to anyone’s safety. -Does not jump up on anything—people, counters, furniture, etc. -Doesn’t chew furniture or dig in trash, won’t even play with dog toys. (Basically a big cat) -wants to be near you always, but not on top of you. She would do well with someone who wants a calm companion. -MUST BE THE ONLY PET IN THE HOME. While she has had extensive training and socialization with other dogs, she can be reactive with other animalls. -Knows Sit, Wait (stay) Let’s go (frees her from a command), Shake,Down, Heel,Leave it (used when she sees another dog), go potty.

Meet Tempe! Tempe and her siblings came to us in very rough shape, skinny little babies who needed a kind and understanding heart to show them that not all people are bad. Through lots of love and care (and plenty of kibble!) We were able to get all of her litter back into good shape, happy, and growing. Tempe herself is a great dog: very loving, friendly and energetic. She gets along well with people, children and other dogs. Could probably use some more exposure with cats. She's a water dog! She loves playing and drinking water, but she drinks on her own terms. Tempe has done really well at our local adoption events but is still looking for her forever family! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

This handsome boy is as easygoing as they come. Cole is super chill, gets along well with other dogs, and is happiest just hanging out and enjoying the moment. He can be a little shy at first and will need a patient, loving family to help him continue building confidence. Cole and his siblings came from the streets as puppies, and while new people can still make him a bit unsure, he’s made huge progress over time. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality really starts to shine. Cole would thrive in a calmer home with someone who understands that the best things take time. He does need a securely fenced yard so he feels safe and comfortable going potty, and he also needs another dog in the home as a companion to truly be happy. Having a confident furry friend by his side helps him feel more secure and comfortable in his surroundings. With a little encouragement and continued socialization, he’ll keep blossoming into the amazing companion he’s meant to be. He’s also overcome some past hip issues and, after physical therapy, is feeling better and stronger every day! After waiting 3 years, Cole is more than ready to find a family who will see just how special he is! Local adoption fee is $200(in TX)
