They live outside in crumbling, filthy chicken coops with little protection and only inconsistent access to fresh water. It is a devastating situation to witness. And yet, despite their suffering, both dogs remain incredibly sweet, gentle, and trusting with people. Their spirits are still intact. They don't need rehabilitation.

Meet Hunny :) she is a loving, sweet and kind German shepherd mixed (not sure what she’s mixed with but she is not full GS). She has been with us since 2022 and has gotten along great with my little siblings. She actually was taken in because she appeared at our door step back in September 2022 and we saw she was a gentle little dog and my siblings got so attached to her. We got her fixed, chipped and she’s very well trained. She listens and doesn’t typically have accidents in the house. The reason as to why we’re looking to rehome her is because her main owner (my sister) is starting a job where she is going to be traveling out of state and won’t be coming back for weeks at a time. Most adults here in the household work and have full schedules so being able to take care of Hunny bun will be hard. We are sad to have to let her go but hoping she can reach a loving and caring family :)
