Story
Ace is a pure bred long haired German shepherd that came from lionheart shepherds as a puppy. He turned 2 years old in November. He has been through a 3 week residential training through happy tails and knows the basics. Ace is very smart and sweet and lovable. Ace’s only issue is being dog reactive and doesn’t do well with other dogs. He is looking for a new home with no other dogs unfortunately. He is very loyal and like velcro. He’s pretty much the best dog you could ask for other than being dog reactive.

Story
Golden Retriever, Sophie is the mom and the neighbors German Shepherd dad got together. Not a planned litter but they had beautiful puppies. They will be medium to large when fully grown. The mom pictured last is a sweet social dog. We are guessing she weighs about 40 pounds. Dad they say was bigger than her. The pups were either black or sable, no golden colored like their mom. But they have gorgeous golden faces. They were born 2/18/24 and are up to date with shots and wormings. To meet them call/text Lauri at 586-855-6119. $250 fee each.

We do our best to provide information that will help determine if the animal might be a good fit for you. Please note that behaviors may change in a home environment. We also ask our applicants to assume that any animal they adopt from us will need to be potty-trained and learn house manners, although this is not always the case. In most cases, the listed breeds are also a best guess. Our online animal bios are designed to provide as much information as possible and answer some anticipated questions. We do not have the resources to respond to emails with more specific questions. We are receiving an unusually high number of applications at this time! Applications are reviewed as they are received, but we do not select adopters on a first-come basis. Our job is to ensure each pet is placed into the best fit home for them and that adopters are paired with an animal that is a good fit for their lifestyle. All animals will stay on Petfinder until they are “pending adoption”. Therefore, if an animal is still listed, we are still accepting applications for him/her! Please do not send inquiries about a specific animal's availability as this can change quickly over the course of the day. The fastest way to get a response is to simply submit an application! We will do our best to notify you by email if the pet(s) you are interested in are no longer available. New animals are posted daily, so please let us know if another furry friend peak your interest (there is no need to fill out a second application)!
