Beautiful german shepherd that is about 2 and half years old. He is great with kids. He is a protector of his fence. He does have some anxiety when he is left alone. He is house trained. He was going to be put up for adoption a year and a half ago by his first owners. We took him in hopes to give him a better life and thought he can grow with our family. Unfortunately things change and it didn't work the way we hoped. I would love to find someone who has a nice size yard, he loves his yard now. Id like to find someone who can spend a lot of time with him. Zep is a big boy but he is a lover. He does come across as intimidating as he is a big boy and has a mean bark but he just wants love. I hope someone will love this dog as much as I do.

She`ll give a paw or two for cookies. She loves everyone she meets and shes easy on the eyes.So what`s the catch? Why do dogs like Kona get overlooked?With great personality comes quirks sometimes. For Kona, it`s resource guarding. Simply put, in the past when she has decided something is hers... she has defended her ownership of it fiercely. Someone who has experience with canine resource guarding or can provide training for her would be of most benefit to her in a new home.Please give Kona the chance she deserves.
