Story
Molly is very sweet. Molly does need somewhere to have companionship with other animals or humans. She has separation anxiety and does take medicine which helps tremendously but seeking to find someone that doesn’t work. We have a newborn child and we are not able to give attention as needed. We also work multiple jobs. Molly needs updated shots and that is why we would not charge a fee so that it could be used for shots. She is scheduled to have her shots up to date on the 22nd.

Story
Looking for a pup who’s full of heart, spirit, and a whole lot of love? Say hello to Xena, a beautiful, special soul who’s ready to find her forever family. Xena is a special needs sweetheart with a condition called megaesophagus—but don’t let that big word fool you. It just means she eats and drinks in a special chair (we call it her "throne") so everything goes down smoothly. It’s a simple routine, and Xena takes it like a champ, especially when it ends with a tasty treat! When she’s not mealtime royalty, Xena is all about fun, friendship, and affection. She’s cat-friendly, crate trained, and potty trained, making her an easy addition to any home. Xena adores playing fetch, zooming around the yard, and soaking up cuddles with her humans. She’s also incredibly social with her doggy pals and brings her goofy, happy-go-lucky personality to every playdate. She may need a little extra care, but Xena gives back tenfold with unconditional love, endless tail wags, and the sweetest puppy eyes you’ve ever seen. She is already microchipped and vaccinated—all she needs now is a family who’s ready to embrace her quirks and celebrate her zest for life. Ready to fall head over paws? Don't call! Story
Meet Kaiser: Road Trip Buddy, Splash Zone Enthusiast, Hide-and-Seek Champion Kaiser is a 4-year-old German Shepherd Mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart, currently searching for a foster or forever home where he can truly shine. Kaiser is a guy who gets it. He knows the joy of a good road trip with the windows down and your favorite playlist on repeat. He knows how to turn an ordinary walk into an adventure. And he definitely knows where the water is—because if there’s a chance to splash, he’s already in it. He’s a hide-and-seek expert (yes, really), often sneakily following his humans around the house for a surprise “found you!” moment. It’s all part of his charm. Kaiser is as playful as he is affectionate, always up for fun but equally happy relaxing at your feet after a day well spent. Kaiser is already familiar with commands like 'sit', 'down', 'paw', and he walks great on a leash, making him a joy to take along wherever you go. The best part? Kaiser is fully house-trained and has done great with smaller dogs and easy-going females.. Whether you have a pup at home or you’re considering fostering for the first time, he’s the kind of dog who makes the transition easy. This gorgeous boy will be neutered and fully vaccinated before going home and is more than ready for his next chapter—he just needs someone to take the leap with him. Ready to welcome Kaiser home? Submit your no-cost / no-obligation Adoption Application on our website at: https://www.AlmostHomeDogRescueNC.com. An Adoption Coach will be in touch to spill all the fun details about Kaiser! Story
This is Luca, an amazing Gerberian Shepsky (German Shepherd/Husky Mix) rescue, estimated born July 2021 - 4 years old. Luca was rescued off the streets when he was just a puppy. I took him in, took care of him and tried to find him a forever home with a family I knew. Unfortunately it did not work out & I ended up taking him back because he was treated badly. With love, care and advanced training, he has transformed into a strong, healthy and protective companion. Sadly, we are no longer able to give him the best life he deserves and keep him any longer. It is time to find his forever loving home and family where he can continue to thrive and be loved. Luca is intelligent, loyal and full of life. A truly special dog. Trained to sit, down, shake, speak, heel, sit up, back, etc. He is your best outdoor companion, always ready to hop into the car and go for an adventure with you. You will feel safe with his protection in outdoor adventures and loyal home alertness & protection.
