Story
Freddy is an 8-month-old puppy who’s incredibly friendly with both people and dogs. He loves cuddling, fetch, tug-of-war, and trips to the dog park.As part GSP, Freddy is a high-energy pup who needs an active home with 60–90 minutes of daily exercise, including at least 30 minutes of higher-energy activity like running, fetch, or dog park time. Ideally, he’d have access to a backyard or nearby dog park. He’s mostly potty trained and does well on a consistent schedule, though he may have accidents if left too long between potty breaks or when he gets overly excited meeting new people or dogs.Freddy currently needs to be crated when left alone and would do best in a home where he isn’t left alone for long periods. He’d likely thrive with another friendly dog around. He’s affectionate, playful, and would make an amazing companion for an active family.

Story
Bruno is a 3-year-old dog with a sweet, loving personality. He is house-trained, knows basic commands, and loves being around his people. One of his favorite things to do is cuddle up on the couch or in bed and relax with his family. He’s also playful and enjoys having fun, whether that’s playing with toys or spending time outside. Making the decision to rehome Bruno has been incredibly difficult. I currently have three dogs, and it has become more than I can realistically manage. Bruno deserves a home where he can receive the time, attention, and love he deserves. Bruno would do best as the only dog in the home. While he can get along with some dogs in the right circumstances, he does best when interactions are closely supervised and with dogs he knows and trusts. Because of this, I believe he will thrive in a home where he can be the main focus. Bruno is a wonderful, affectionate dog looking for a loving forever home. My priority is finding the right family or person who will give

When I was born, I assure you I didn't want to grow up to be left in a high kill shelter, however, that is what happened to me. LUCKILY, the fates (and some awesome rescue folks) aligned and saved me from certain death and brought me to a safe place where I can find a REAL family and a REAL home. Let me tell you about myself, I am cute, happy, loving, nervous at times, but have the long legs of a pointer! I have lots of energy for running, jumping and playing and I have the handsome chiseled jaw that most actors would love to have! Now if you need a great looking chap, look my way!!! ADOPT...........DON'T SHOP!!! My LIFE depends on it!!! LOcal adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Old Yeller, is that a new trend? Old stuff made NEW?? Cause I am NOT old, although I am Yeller, a really pretty YELLER COLOR!!! :) I am a Yeller Chesapeake bay retriever/ YELLER lab mix, it is important for my new family to know about the Chesapeake bay breed. We can be very stubborn, smart and independent and I really like to be in charge, so my new family needs to be strong leaders too. I am a handsome bloke, with swirls of yellow and white all through my coat. I am very smart and very sweet. I can from a high kill shelter with no hope- Now I EXUDE hope!! And LOVE!!! I WAS heartworm positive but have already finished the treatment and am NEGATIVE and just stay on prevention for the rest of my life. I am good with other dogs, but really would be best in an only dog home, cause I want all the attention :) I LOVE MY people and I tend to take "control" of my home so have to have a couple of things... 1) STRONG leadership owner, 2) I have to have an owner who will be wiling to not let me meet everyone who visits.. I want to protect my home a little too much... and 3) I have to stay in the San Antonio/TX area so my rescue friends can keep close tabs on me and how i am doing :) I have been running and playing since I am safe, but really am a couch potato. I am a bigger boy and about 65-70#. Look me up, get my number, text or call me OR just APPLY to ADOPT ME!!! I will be waiting by the phone!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
