Gracie is just the sweetest, happiest puppy! She's old enough to be past the super nibbling stage but young enough to learn all her tricks with you! Gracie absolutely loves every person, child and dog she meets! She can play hard and nap with the best of them! She has a sweet soul. She's a 40-ish pound pointer mix, has a lean build, and is probably around 10 months old. If you're looking for a playmate and snuggle buddy, Gracie may be your girl!

Story
Meet Remmington   Remmington is a sweet, gentle male Pointer mix who’s had a rough start but is ready for a fresh beginning. He was picked up by animal control after being found roaming alone in a business parking lot, likely abandoned or neglected. Despite everything he’s been through, Remmington’s kind heart still shines through.   Remmington is timid and shy at first, especially with strangers, but that’s completely understandable given his past. With a little patience and a calm environment, he begins to relax and show his sweet, sensitive personality. He will do best with adopters who understand that trust takes time—and that the reward is incredibly special.   He recently had a veterinary evaluation and was diagnosed with dermatitis caused primarily by flea allergies, which is already being treated with medication. This condition is manageable, and Remmington is on the path to feeling much more comfortable.   Remmington would thrive in:   A quiet, stable home A patient adopter willing to let him decompress at his own pace A home that understands shy dogs and uses gentle, positive reinforcement     This boy has clearly known hardship, but he hasn’t lost his capacity to love. With the right person, Remmington will blossom into a loyal, devoted companion. To apply visit Pepspalsrescue.org/adopt ##2620065##

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Stella – Professional Snuggler, Part-Time Blanket Thief 🤍🐾 10 years young • 50 lbs • German Shorthair Pointer If you’re looking for a dog who believes personal space is optional and companionship is mandatory, allow us to introduce the one and only Stella. At 10 years old, Stella is proof that age is just a number. This gorgeous German Shorthair Pointer still has pep in her step, joy in her heart, and enough enthusiasm to power a small village. She’s the perfect medium-sized best friend — big enough for adventures, small enough to fit nicely on your couch (or directly on top of you). Stella’s life motto is simple: “Wherever you go, I go.” Need a walking buddy? She’s ready. Going for a car ride? Shotgun is her seat. Just trying to sit on the couch? Perfect — she’ll be there in 0.3 seconds. She is what we lovingly call a Grade-A Velcro Dog. If loyalty were an Olympic sport, Stella would have a gold medal, a parade, and her face on a cereal box. Her adorable highlights: • House trained (no indoor oopsies!) • Crate trained like a champ • Walks nicely on a leash • Wonderful with other dogs • Loves every human she’s ever met • Expert-level cuddler • Olympic gold medalist in burrowing under blankets Speaking of blankets… Stella takes her snuggle game VERY seriously. She doesn’t just sleep under covers — she disappears into them like a cozy little pointer burrito. If you’ve ever wanted a dog-shaped heating pad for your feet, congratulations, she’s your girl. Being a classic GSP, Stella does have a natural prey drive, so she’s not a match for homes with cats. She can also have a touch of anxiety, which really just means she thrives with someone who’s home often and enjoys having a devoted shadow. (Good luck going to the bathroom alone ever again.) Stella was surrendered through no fault of her own when her previous family didn’t have the time she deserves. Now she’s ready for a fresh start — with people who will love her, include her, and appreciate just how special she is. What she’s dreaming of: • A home where she can be part of the daily routine • A comfy couch and plenty of blankets • Walks, love, and more love • A human who appreciates a dog that sticks to them like glue If you’re a fan of the GSP breed and want a sweet, affectionate, loyal best friend who will happily follow you to the ends of the earth (or at least to the fridge), Stella is ready to audition for the role. Fill out her adoption application and give her the second chance she deserves. She promises to repay you in kisses, cuddles, and lifetime loyalty. 💛🐾

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌸🐾 Meet Carli — Calm, Confident, and Full of Heart 🐾🌸 2 Years Old • 35 lbs • Schnauzer/Terrier Mix • Spayed Carli is the kind of dog who walks into a room and immediately makes everything feel a little more peaceful. At 2 years old and 35 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized companion with a calm, confident personality and a heart that’s always open for her people. Carli absolutely adores humans of all sizes — kids, adults, visitors, you name it. She loves being part of the family and has a gentle, steady presence that makes her a joy to live with. She’s affectionate without being demanding and always seems to know when it’s time for a walk… and when it’s time to relax. 🐶 Carli’s “Just Right” Qualities: ✔️ Housebroken and crate trained ✔️ Dog-door savvy (she’s very independent like that) ✔️ Walks beautifully on a leash ✔️ Calm, easygoing, and well-mannered ✔️ Up-to-date on vaccines and spayed When it comes to canine friends, Carli prefers dogs her size or larger (35 lbs and up). She can be a little bossy with smaller pups — think “loving middle manager,” not troublemaker 😄 — but with appropriately matched dog buddies, she does great. She’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, soaking up all the love herself. Carli enjoys her walks and fresh air, but she’s not a whirlwind of energy. Her ideal day includes a nice stroll, some quality time with her people, and then relaxing at home, preferably somewhere cozy where she can keep an eye on things. If you’re looking for a sweet, steady, and loving companion who brings warmth, calm, and just a touch of sass to your life, Carli might be the missing piece you didn’t know you needed. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Carli show you just how comforting the right dog can be 🐾💕
