He is an extremely friendly fella, although a bit more timid than his brother, Lucky Charm. They both came to us from rural Virginia and are ready to find their forever homes. Besides being a lovable guy, Gus is a model passenger during car rides, always eager for the next adventure. He is also comfortable around other dogs and cats, making him an ideal addition to a family with other pets. His medium energy level ensures he's always up for playtime, but also content with quiet moments. Gus is a sweet boy who can't wait to be part of a loving family. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
