I saw a sausage stand and thought, 'Aha, free lunch!' But, the sausages were tied to a string. I pulled one, and the whole stand came crashing down! Amidst the chaos, a kind soul brought me to this shelter. I've learned my lesson, I promise. No more sausage heists for me. I'm all about belly rubs and fetch now. So, how about it? His owners got him as a very young puppy, but didn’t know at the time that Patch was going to grow up and like to go after the neighbor’s chickens. They share that he is super sweet with humans, but just doesn’t care for livestock so he would be better off living in the suburbs. Jackson has been in our family since he was 8 weeks old. He was born on May 3rd, 2023, and we acquired him from an experienced breeder. He needs updated vaccinations and check-up. Jackson is very patient around children. He is microchipped. Unfortunately, I will be selling my house by December 2025 and many of the rentals in the area either do not allow dogs or have a strict weight restriction so we can’t bring him along.
