Found as a stray in Quartzsite, AZ, this one-year-old Great Dane didn't let his rough start dampen his spirits. Instead, he’s blossomed into a playful, affectionate companion who finds joy in the simplest things. Whether he’s happily carrying around a favorite stuffed animal, sticking his head out the window on a car ride, or splashing around during his favorite activity—bath time—Capone is all about living life to the fullest. Unlike most dogs, he has a funny quirk: he prefers the cool floor over a plush bed, usually choosing to sleep right next to one instead of on it! This handsome guy is also a total "foodie" with some unique tastes. Since he has a chicken allergy, he has developed a sophisticated palate for dehydrated salmon heads, sardines, and his absolute favorite snack: bananas. Meet Sprinkles! This 3 year old spayed female Great Dane is up to date on vaccines and overflowing with love for her people. She’s a social sweetheart who believes she should be your one and only at home—not because she’s bossy, but because she loves being the center of your world. Sprinkles does well with other dogs in social settings, and enjoys getting out and about. She loves long walks, big cuddles, and cozy nights snoozing in her crate, which she happily uses as her safe little retreat. She may be a very big girl, but that just means there’s more Sprinkles to love. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week. She even brought a stick as a peace offering. It is amazing to see Maggie still has complete faith in humanity despite of surviving from Mass Dog Slaughterhouse. Maggie will love you whether you live in a little trailer or a big house. No matter what kind of mood you are in, Maggie can always make you smile.
