Have you been looking for a gentle giant of a dog that is a little awkward, a smidge nervous and a lot goofy? Run, don`t walk, and go get Disco. This tall boy is such a fantastic companion. He followed me (volunteer) around and stayed close by theentire time we hung out. Explored a little but mostly asked for cuddles and love. He`s been in play group and done well with other dogs, but he does seem confused about the `rules` sometimes- awkwardly trying to be part of the game the other dogs are playing but not 100% confident he`s doing it right. Perpetual new kid at school energy. He`s quite smart, very sweet, canlook very serious at times and is someone`s souldog. A dog his size won`t actually need much more exercise than a smaller dog- just more floor space for naps. Great Danes are FANTASTIC pups to have as part of your family- and Disco is one of the best I`ve met. Seriously- go adopt him at your first opportunity!

He is up to date on all vaccines and has no known health issues.Moose is incredibly loyal and protective of his family. He loves being near his people and takes his job as a household guardian seriously, while still being sweet, affectionate, and gentle with children. He is fully house trained and knows how to walk on leash.He would do best with someone experienced with Great Danes or other giant breeds. Moose needs a home with a secured yard and must be kept as an indoor family dog- he wants to be where his people are.Moose has not lived with other animals, so we feel he would do best as the only pet or with an experienced owner who understands structured introductions.This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our family and we are committed to finding Moose the right forever home that can give him the attention he deserves.
