She’s the kind of dog who enjoys being near her family, whether that means going for a relaxed walk, hanging out in the yard, or simply laying close by for companionship.Hope is very sweet-natured and eager to bond with her people. With her loving temperament and steady presence, she would make a wonderful family companion.If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle dog who is ready to give and receive lots of love, Hope may be the perfect match for your home. 💕🐶Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees:Dogs over 6 months old: $100Puppies under 6 months: $200. Cats and Kittens are $75 ($65 without microchip). For your convenience you can fill out an adoption application for any of our current residents at www.moaspets.com. Pepper is 6 months old. We took her in at 6 weeks after her litter was being kept in a chicken coop. She absolutely loves people, her favorite thing to do is cuddle and go for walks. She also lives with a cat and teens.She is a fun loving puppy who is probably 85% potty trained. She would be the perfevt dog except..the last few weeks she has decided she doesnt care for one of our other dogs in our home and so at the advice of our trainer, we are looking for her to be an only dog.For a puppy, she is pretty lazy, spends her days napping on the cool kitchen tile. She is currently 55 pounds snd growing.

He mainly lives outdoors, but loves coming inside with family He’s a bit goofy and very funny He has a sibling, Mabel also listed here, that he would be best staying with as they are a bonded pair. He’s a wonderful guard dog, but never gets aggressive

Mabel is very loving and sweet. If possible, she needs to be kept with her sibling, Max, also listed here. She loves family, life, and the outdoors. She would be great in a rural area with space to run about. She is accustomed to living outdoors, but also loves being inside with family as she loves people very much. She does have a thick coat and needs deshedding every couple months. She loves being brushed and having her tummy rubbed. She’s very playful and will play fetch somewhat.
