We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees:Dogs over 6 months old: $100Puppies under 6 months: $200. Bella is a sweet girl that is four years old. She is black in color. She is shy around new people but has never offered to bite or be snappy. She will need a fenced in yard to run in. Bella is just a great dog. She deserves to have people in her life that can give her love and affection. She loves to be petted and brushed. I am hoping to have Bella adopted because of nothing that she has done but because I am in poor health and it is hard for me to even go up and the steps to feed and water her.
